Scopeofapplication本程序適用于I22蘇丹工程部試驗(yàn)室，在蘇丹喀北電廠三期工程施工中，對進(jìn)場原材料、回填土、混凝土、砂漿試驗(yàn)的取樣。ThisProcedureisapplicabletothesamplingofrawmaterials,backfilling,concreteandmortarinthetestinglaboratoriesofI22SudanProjectOfficeduringthee*ecutionofKhartoumNorthPowerStation-PhaseIIIProject.3原材料取樣方法3 Samplingmethodofrawmaterials3.1卵石取樣方法3.1 Theblocksshallbeacceptedinbatchesaccordingtotheappearancequalitygradeandstrengthlevelandsubjectto10000blocksthatwerepreparedwithsamerawmaterialsandhavesameappearancequalitygradeandstrengthlevelaswellasidenticalproductionprocessasonelot.Iftheblocksproducedeverymontharelessthan10000,itshallalsobecountedasonelot.每批隨機(jī)抽取32塊做尺寸偏差和外觀質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)。從尺寸偏差和外觀質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)合格的砌塊中抽取5塊做強(qiáng)度等級檢驗(yàn)。3.6.2 32blocksshallbedrawnoutfromeachlottobeperformedofdimensionaldeviationandappearancequalitytesting.5blockspassingthedimensionaldeviationandappearancequalitytestingshallbeselectedforcarryingoutofthestrengthlevelinspection.3.7普通混凝土試樣取樣方法3.7 Samplingmethodofmonconcretespecimens普通混凝土應(yīng)由強(qiáng)度等級一樣、齡期一樣、以及生產(chǎn)工藝和配合比根本一樣的混凝土組成一驗(yàn)收批。3.7.1 monconcretespecimensshallbeprisedofconcretehavingsamestrengthlevel,sameageandbasicallysameproductionprocessandmi*proportiontoformoneacceptancelot.每一100盤，但不超過100m3；每一工作班；每一流水段；為一取樣單位。3.7.2 Each100coilsbutnotmorethan100m3,eachoperatingcrew每一取樣單位標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)試塊的留置數(shù)不得少于1組。3.7.3 Theretaininggroupquantityofcuringtestspecimensundersameconditionsmaybedeterminedaccordingtoactualdemand.Thecuringtestspecimensundersameconditionsshallbeusedfordeterminingtheconcretestrengthwhenloadedwithprovisionalweightduringthee*ecutionofdemoulding,out-pond,e*factory,hoistingandconstructionofstructuralmembers.試樣要有代表性，應(yīng)在攪拌第二盤后至完畢30min之間取樣。3.7.5 Testspecimensshallbetypicalandsampledduringtheperiodof30minafterstirringthesecondcoiltopletion.每組試件〔包括相對應(yīng)的同條件試件〕的試樣必須取自同一盤或同一混凝土罐車運(yùn)送的混凝土中。3.7.6 Eachg
