摘要:
隔離型AC/DC變換器被廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)自動(dòng)化、交通運(yùn)輸、醫(yī)療器械等領(lǐng)域,控制方法的優(yōu)化是提高其性能的關(guān)鍵。本文基于電力電子技術(shù)和控制理論,對(duì)隔離型AC/DC變換器的控制方法進(jìn)行了研究。首先,介紹了隔離型AC/DC變換器的基本工作原理和分類,并分析了控制方法優(yōu)化的必要性和實(shí)現(xiàn)難度。其次,探討了傳統(tǒng)控制方法的特點(diǎn)和不足之處,包括失調(diào)、震蕩、過調(diào)等問題。為解決這些問題,提出了常用的控制方法,如PID控制、改進(jìn)的PID控制、模糊控制、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制等方法,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了比較和分析。最后,結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,對(duì)應(yīng)用于隔離型AC/DC變換器控制方法的優(yōu)化提出了建議。

Abstract:
IsolatedAC/DCconvertersarewidelyusedinindustrialautomation,transportation,medicalequipment,andotherfields.Optimizationofthecontrolmethodisthekeytoimproveitsperformance.Basedonthepowerelectronicstechnologyandcontroltheory,thispaperstudiesthecontrolmethodoftheisolatedAC/DCconverter.Firstly,thebasicworkingprincipleandclassificationoftheisolatedAC/DCconverterareintroduced,andthenecessityanddifficultyofcontrolmethodoptimizationareanalyzed.Secondly,thecharacteristicsandshortcomingsoftraditionalcontrolmethodsarediscussed,includingdeviation,oscillation,over-regulation,andotherissues.Inordertosolvetheseproblems,commonlyusedcontrolmethodssuchasPIDcontrol,improvedPIDcontrol,fuzzycontrol,andneuralnetworkcontrolareproposed,andtheircomparisonandanalysisareconducted.Finally,combinedwithexperimentalresults,suggestionsareputforwardfortheoptimizationofcontrolmethodsappliedtoisolatedAC/DCconverters.

ThemostcommoncontrolmethodusedinisolatedAC/DCconvertersisthePIDcontrolmethod.However,thePIDcontrolmethodhasthedisadvantageofpoorperformanceinthefaceofsuddenchangesinsystemparameters,suchasdisturbances,variationsinload,andinputvoltage.Therefore,improvedPIDcontrolmethodshavebeendeveloped,suchastheadaptivePIDcontrol,fuzzy-PIDcontrol,andcompositecontrolmethod.ThesemethodseffectivelyimprovetheperformanceofthesystembyadjustingthegainsofthePIDcontrollerinreal-time,therebyincreasingthestabilityandaccuracyofthecontrolsystem.
FuzzycontrolisanothercommonlyusedcontrolmethodinisolatedAC/DCconverters.Fuzzycontrolcanhandlecomplexnonlinearsystemswithhighprecisionandrespondquicklytochangesinthesystem.However,fuzzycontrolrequiresasignificantamountofcomputationandissensitivetonoiseanduncertaintiesinthesystem.
NeuralnetworkcontrolmethodshavebeenrecentlyproposedwithexcellentresultsinisolatedAC/DCconverters.Theuseofneuralnetworkscanhandlehigh-dimensionalandnonlinearsystemsinreal-time,leadingtosignificantlyimprovedperformancecomparedtotraditionalcontrolmethods.However,neuralnetworksrequirealargeamountofdatafortheirtraining,andtheirtrainingprocesscanbetime-consumingandcomputationallyexpensive.
Inconclusion,therearevariouscontrolmethodsavailableforisolatedAC/DCconverters.Eachmethodhasitsownadvantagesanddisadvantages,andthechoiceofmethoddependsonthespecificapplicationanddesiredsystemperformance.Therefore,itiscrucialtoselectanappropriatecontrolmethodthatcaneffectivelycontroltheoutputvoltageandcurrentofisolatedAC/DCconverterswhileconsideringthesystem'scomplexity,stability,andefficiencyFurthermore,advancementsinpowerelectronicstechnologyhaveenabledthedevelopmentofvariouscontroltechniquesforisolatedAC/DCconverters.Onesuchtechniqueistheuseoffuzzylogiccontrol.Fuzzylogiccontrolreliesonlinguisticvariablesratherthannumericalvalues,makingitsuitableforsystemswhereprecisemathematicalmodelsaredifficulttoobtain.Itisapopularchoiceforcontrolofnon-linearsystemsduetoitsabilitytohandleuncertaintiesandimpreciseinformation.
AnotherpromisingtechniqueforcontrolofisolatedAC/DCconvertersismodelpredictivecontrol(MPC).MPCisarelativelynewcontrolmethodologythathasgainedpopularityinrecentyearsduetoitsabilitytohandlemulti-variablesystemswithcomplexdynamics.Itisparticularlywell-suitedforpowerelectronicsapplicationswherefastandaccuratecontrolarecriticaltosystemstabilityandefficiency.
Inadditiontotheabove-mentionedcontrolmethods,therearealsoseveralothertechniquessuchasslidingmodecontrol,adaptivecontrol,andneuralnetwork-basedcontrolthatcanbeusedforisolatedAC/DCconverters.However,eachofthesetechniqueshasitsownlimitationsandchallenges,andtheirsuitabilitydependsonthespecificapplicationrequirementsandsystemconstraints.
Insummary,thecontrolofisolatedAC/DCconvertersisachallengingtaskduetothecomplexdynamicsandnonlinearbehaviorofthesystem.However,theadvancementsinpowerelectronicstechnologyhaveenabledthedevelopmentofvariouscontrolmethodsthatcaneffectivelycontroltheoutputvoltageandcurrentofisolatedAC/DCconverters.Thechoiceofcontroltechniquedependsonthespecificapplicationrequirementsandsystemconstraints,anditiscrucialtoselectanappropriatemethodthatcanprovidestableandefficientperformanceOnepopularcontrolmethodforisolatedAC/DCconvertersispulsewidthmodulation(PWM).Thistechniqueinvolvesadjustingthewidthoftheswitchingpulsesinordertoregulatetheoutputvoltageandcurrent.PWMcanbeimplementedusingdifferentalgorithmssuchashysteresiscontrol,sinusoidalpulsewidthmodulation,andspacevectormodulation.Hysteresiscontrolisasimpleandrobustmethodthatcomparestheoutputvoltageorcurrentwithareferencevalueandgeneratesswitchingsignalsaccordingly.Sinusoidalpulsewidthmodulationgeneratesswitchingsignalsthatproduceasinusoidaloutputwaveform,whilespacevectormodulationcalculatestheoptimalswitchingstatesbasedonthelocationoftheoutputvoltagevectorinatwo-dimensionalspace.
AnothercontrolmethodforisolatedAC/DCconvertersisvoltagemodecontrol(VMC).Thistechniquegeneratesacontrolsignalbasedonthedifferencebetweentheoutputvoltageandareferencevalueandusesittoadjustthedutycycleoftheswitchingsignals.VMCprovidesgoodtransientresponseandcanmaintainstableoutputvoltageinthepresenceofloadvariations.However,itmayexhibitasteady-stateerrorduetothevoltagedropacrosstheoutputfilter.
Currentmodecontrol(CMC)isanothercontrolmethodthatiswidelyusedforisolatedAC/DCconverters.InCMC,theoutputcurrentissensedandusedtogenerateacontrolsignalthatadjuststhedutycycleoftheswitchingsignals.CMCprovidesfasttransientresponseandgoodoutputregulation,anditisalsolesssensitivetonoiseanddisturbancescomparedtoVMC.
ToimprovetheperformanceofisolatedAC/DCconverters,severaladvancedcontroltechniqueshavebeendeveloped,suchaspredictivecontrol,slidingmodecontrol,andmodelpredictivecontrol.Predictivecontrolinvolvespredictingthefuturebehaviorofthesystembasedonamodelandoptimizingthecontrolsignalsaccordingly.Slidingmodecontrolusesaslidingsurfacetoforcethesystemtofollowadesiredtrajectoryandrejectdisturbances.Modelpredictivecontrolcombinestheadvantagesofpredictivecontrolandfeedbackcontroltoprovideimprovedperformanceintermsofstability,response,andenergyefficiency.
Inadditiontothecontrolmethod,thetypeofconvertertopologyalsoplaysacrucialroleindeterminingtheperformanceofanisolatedAC/DCconverter.ThemostcommonlyusedtopologiesforisolatedAC/DCconvertersareflyback,forward,andbridgeconverters.Theflybackconverterissimpleandcost-effective,butitislimitedintermsofpowerhandlingcapabilityandefficiency.Theforwardconverterprovideshigherefficiencyandpowerdensity,butitismorecomplexandexpensivetoimplement.Thebridgeconverterissuitableforhigh-powerapplicationsbutrequiresmorecomponentsandcontrolcomplexity.
