地鐵車站大客流疏運風險形成機理及行為特征研究摘要:隨著城市人口的增長和出行方式的改變,地鐵成為了一種受歡迎的交通工具。然而,在地鐵車站大客流時段,疏運風險成為了一個切實存在的問題。本研究旨在探討地鐵車站大客流疏運風險的形成機理及行為特征,以便為市政府和地鐵管理部門提供有效的解決途徑。

Abstract:Withthegrowthofurbanpopulationandthechangeoftravelmode,thesubwayhasbecomeapopulartransportationtool.However,duringthepeakhoursofsubwaystation,theriskofevacuationbecomesarealandseriousproblem.Thisstudyaimstoexplorethemechanismandbehaviorcharacteristicsoftheriskofevacuationduringthepeakhoursofsubwaystationinordertoprovideeffectivesolutionsforthemunicipalgovernmentandthesubwaymanagementdepartment.
Thisarticlefirstintroducestheeconomicandsocialimpactcausedbytheriskofevacuationduringthepeakhoursofsubwaystationandthelimitationsofexistingresearch.Then,throughfieldinvestigationandliteratureanalysis,theformationmechanismoftheriskofevacuationduringthepeakhoursofsubwaystationisrevealed,includingbutnotlimitedtostationdesign,operationmanagement,anduserbehavior.Atthesametime,throughtheanalysisofbehaviorcharacteristics,theuserbehavioroftheriskofevacuationduringthepeakhoursofsubwaystationisdividedintofivetypes:queuingandwaiting,crowdingandgrabbing,rushingforward,wanderingbackward,andchaoticescape.Finally,basedonpracticalcases,thisarticleproposesaseriesofeffectiveevacuationmeasuresandmanagementsuggestions,includingstationdesignoptimization,operationmanagementimprovement,passengerguidanceandwarningmeasures,etc.

Queuingandwaitingaretypicalbehaviorsinsubwaystationsduringpeakhours.Duringevacuation,passengersmayinstinctivelyfollowthecrowdtotheexitsblindly,resultingintheformationoflongqueuesatthebottleneckareas,leadingtoincreasedwaitingtimeandriskofharm.
Crowdingandgrabbingbehaviorcanalsooccurduringtheevacuationprocessduetopassengerstryingtorushtotheexitstobethefirsttoexitorduetolackofspace.Thisbehaviorcancausestampede-likesituations,resultingininjuriesorevenfatalities.
Rushingforwardandwanderingbackwardbehaviorsmaybeinfluencedbypassengers'perceivedriskofharm.Somepassengersmayrushtotheexitswithoutconsideringthesafetyofothersresultinginchaos,whileothersmaywanderbackward,movingintheoppositedirection,causingconfusionandcongestion.
Chaoticescapebehaviorcanoccurwhenpassengerspanicduetotheperceivedriskofharmorthelackofclearcommunicationchannels.Thisbehaviorleadstorandomanddisorganizedmovement,furthercompromisingsafety.

Moreover,upgradingthesubwaystationinfrastructurecanalsoprovetobehelpfulinmitigatingtherisksassociatedwithpeakhourevacuations.Theadditionofmoreexitsandentrances,theinstallationofbetterventilationsystems,andtheuseofmoderntechnologiessuchasreal-timeinformationandwarningsystemscanimprovepassengersafetyandreducetherisksofpanicandcongestionduringevacuations.
Inconclusion,peakhourevacuationsinsubwaystationsposesignificantrisksthatrequireattentionfromstakeholders.Understandingpassengerbehaviorduringemergencies,implementingeffectiveevacuationmeasures,conductingregulartrainingsessionsforsubwaystationstaffandfirstresponders,andupgradingsubwaystationinfrastructurecanhelpminimizetherisksassociatedwithpeakhourevacuationsandensurepassengersafetyduringemergenciesAnotherfactortoconsiderwhenitcomestopeakhourevacuationsistheissueofcommunication.Duringemergencies,itisessentialtocommunicateeffectivelywithpassengerstoprovidethemwithaccurateandtimelyinformationaboutthesituation.Thiscanhelptopreventpanicandreducetheriskofinjuriesandfatalities.

Anotherimportantaspectofcommunicationisensuringthatpassengershaveaccesstoreliableinformationaboutalternativeroutesandtransportationoptions.Thiscanbeachievedthroughtheuseofdigitaldisplays,apps,websites,andothercommunicationchannels,whichcanprovidereal-timeupdatesaboutthestatusofthesubwaysystemandanydisruptions.
Moreover,subwaystationsshouldhaveclearsignageandwayfindingsystemsthatcanguidepassengerstotheclosestexitsandemergencyroutes.Thisisimportant,especiallyforfirst-timeusersofthesubwaysystemorthosewhomaynotbefamiliarwiththelayoutofthestationorsurroundingarea.
