磷石膏基早強膠凝材料開發(fā)與廢棄物資源化利用摘要:
近年來,伴隨著社會經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)發(fā)展和工業(yè)化進程的不斷推進,建筑行業(yè)對于早強膠凝材料的需求逐漸增多。傳統(tǒng)的早強膠凝材料由于其制備過程繁瑣、耗能量大、配合比難以調(diào)整等缺點,越來越難以滿足市場需求。此外,環(huán)境問題也是制約早強膠凝材料發(fā)展的重要因素。為了尋求新的早強膠凝材料解決方案,研究者們開始探尋廢棄物資源化利用的可能性,磷石膏成為了被廣泛關注的研究對象之一。
本論文以磷石膏為主要原材料,混合適量的水泥、膨脹劑等,在綜合考慮早強性能、變形性能、抗裂性能等多個指標的基礎上,設計并制備出了符合要求的磷石膏基早強膠凝材料。其中,探究了不同配合比、水膠比、膨脹劑摻量等因素對材料性能的影響,并針對其微觀結(jié)構、化學組成等方面進行了分析。
結(jié)果表明,本研究開發(fā)的磷石膏基早強膠凝材料具有強度高、早期強度明顯、抗?jié)B性能好、延性高等優(yōu)點。制備過程較為簡單,取原材料的過程中較為環(huán)保。此外,本研究還對磷石膏廢棄物的資源化利用進行了探究,發(fā)現(xiàn)磷石膏可以用于提高水泥基材料的性能、制備多孔陶瓷材料等領域,實現(xiàn)了對廢棄物的高效利用。

Abstract:
Inrecentyears,withthecontinuousdevelopmentofsocialeconomyandthecontinuousprogressofindustrialization,thedemandforearlystrengthcementitiousmaterialsintheconstructionindustryhasgraduallyincreased.Traditionalearlystrengthcementitiousmaterialsarebecomingincreasinglydifficulttomeetmarketdemandduetotheircomplicatedpreparationprocess,highenergyconsumption,anddifficultadjustmentofmixingratio.Inaddition,environmentalproblemsarealsoanimportantfactorrestrictingthedevelopmentofearlystrengthcementitiousmaterials.Inordertoseeknewsolutionsforearlystrengthcementitiousmaterials,researchershavebeguntoexplorethepossibilityofresourceutilizationofwastematerials,andphosphogypsumhasbecomeoneofthewidelystudiedobjects.
Inthispaper,phosphogypsumisusedasthemainrawmaterial,andmixedwithappropriateamountofcement,expansionagent,etc.Basedonthecomprehensiveconsiderationofearlystrengthperformance,deformationperformance,crackresistanceperformanceandotherindicators,phosphogypsum-basedearlystrengthcementitiousmaterialsthatmeettherequirementsaredesignedandprepared.Theinfluenceofdifferentmixingratios,watercementratios,expansionagentdosagesandotherfactorsonthematerialpropertieswasinvestigated,andthemicrostructureandchemicalcompositionwereanalyzed.
Theresultsshowthatthephosphogypsum-basedearlystrengthcementitiousmaterialsdevelopedinthisstudyhavetheadvantagesofhighstrength,obviousearlystrength,goodimpermeability,highductility,etc.Thepreparationprocessisrelativelysimple,andthecollectionofrawmaterialsisenvironmentallyfriendly.Inaddition,thisstudyalsoexploredtheresourceutilizationofphosphogypsumwasteandfoundthatphosphogypsumcanbeusedtoimprovetheperformanceofcement-basedmaterials,prepareporousceramicmaterialsandotherfields,realizingtheefficientutilizationofwastematerials.

Thestudyfoundthatphosphogypsumcanbeeffectivelyusedasarawmaterialforthepreparationofearlystrengthcementitiousmaterials.Byusingphosphogypsumasanactivator,theearlystrengthofcementitiousmaterialscanbesignificantlyimproved,andtheamountofcementcouldbereduced,whichnotonlyreducesthecostofproductionbutalsoreducesthegreenhousegasemissionscausedbytheproductionofcement.
Furthermore,thestudyalsofoundthatphosphogypsumcanbeutilizedinthepreparationofporousceramicmaterials.Theadditionofphosphogypsumcanimprovetheporosityoftheceramicmaterial,andenhanceitsmechanicalproperties,whichexpandsthescopeofapplicationofphosphogypsumwaste.
Therefore,theefficientutilizationofphosphogypsumwastecannotonlysolvetheenvironmentalproblemscausedbytheaccumulationofwasteinlargequantitiesbutalsoreducetheproductioncostsofcementitiousmaterialsandceramicmaterials,andpromotethesustainabledevelopmentoftheindustry.Inconclusion,theutilizationofphosphogypsumwasteisapromisingwaytosolveenvironmentalproblems,whichdeservesfurtherattentionandresearchOnepossibleapplicationofphosphogypsumwasteisintheconstructionindustry,whereitcanbeusedasasubstitutefornaturalgypsumintheproductionofvariousbuildingmaterials,suchasdrywall,plaster,andcement.Thisnotonlyreducesthedemandfornaturalresourcesbutalsosavesenergyandreducesgreenhousegasemissionsassociatedwiththeextraction,transportation,andprocessingofnaturalgypsum.
Anotherpotentialapplicationofphosphogypsumwasteisintheagriculturalsector,whereitcanbeusedasasoilamendmenttoimprovesoilfertilityandcropyields.Phosphogypsumcontainshighlevelsofcalcium,sulfur,andothernutrientsthatarebeneficialforplantgrowth,aswellastraceamountsofheavymetalsthatcanbesafelyimmobilizedbyincorporatingthewasteintothesoil.Moreover,theuseofphosphogypsumasasoilamendmentcanalsohelptoreducesoilerosion,increasewaterinfiltration,andmitigatesalinityandalkalinityproblems.
Inaddition,phosphogypsumwastecanalsobeusedasarawmaterialfortheproductionofvariousindustrialchemicals,suchassulfuricacid,phosphoricacid,andammoniumsulfate.Thesechemicalsarewidelyusedinvariousindustries,suchasfertilizerproduction,metalprocessing,andpapermanufacturing,andtheirproductionfromphosphogypsumwastecanreducetheenvironmentalimpactassociatedwiththeirproductionfromnon-renewableresources.
Furthermore,phosphogypsumwastecanalsobeusedasafeedstockfortheproductionofvalue-addedproducts,suchasporousceramicmaterialsandadsorbents,thathaveawiderangeofapplicationsinvariousindustries.Forexample,porousceramicmaterialscanbeusedasfilters,catalysts,andthermalinsulationmaterials,whileadsorbentscanbeusedforwastewatertreatment,airpollutioncontrol,andgasseparation.
Overall,theefficientutilizationofphosphogypsumwastehasthepotentialtoprovidearangeofeconomic,environmental,andsocialbenefits,suchasreducingwastedisposalcosts,conservingnaturalresources,improvingsoilfertility,andpromotingsustainabledevelopment.However,tofullyrealizethesebenefits,furtherresearchanddevelopmentareneededtoovercometechnical,economic,andregulatorybarriers,andtopromotetheadoptionofinnovativeandsustainablewastemanagementpracticesOneofthemajortechnicalissuesthatneedtobeaddressedinutilizingphosphogypsumwasteisitshighradioactivitylevels.Radioactivityisasignificantconcern,asitcanposehealthriskstoworkersandtheenvironment.Therefore,extensivestudiesarerequiredtoassessthesafetyofphosphogypsumproductsfortheirintendeduse.Inaddition,thecurrenteconomicconstraintsmakeitchallengingtoinvestininnovativeandsustainablewastemanagementpractices.Thehighcostofinvestinginthesepracticesmay,inturn,discouragewidespreadadoptionbyindustries.
Moreover,regulatoryissuessurroundingtheutilizationofphosphogypsumwasteneedtoberesolvedtoenableitsfullpotentialtoberealised.Legalbarrierstothereuseofwastestreamsvarybycountry,anduntiltheseregulationsareestablished,reuseofphosphogypsumwastewillremainlimited.Addressingtheseregulatoryhurdleswillrequireincreasedcollaborationbetweengovernmentandindustrystakeholders.
Anotherissueistheneedforfurtherresearchanddevelopmentrelatingtooptimalmethodsofutilizingphosphogypsumwaste.Innovativetechniquesshouldbedevelopedthatwillenablethereuseofthewastetobemoreeco-friendlyandcost-effective,thusaddressingboththeenvironmentalandeconomicconcerns.Researchersshouldfocusondevelopingnewandimprovedmethodsthatwillencouragethewideruseofphosphogypsumproducts.
Inconclusion,thepotentialbenefitsofutilizingphosphogypsumwastearesignificant,butvarioustechnical,economic,regulatory,anddevelopmentalchallengesneedtobeaddressedforthistobeachieved.Innovativeandsustainablewastemanagementpracticesareessentialtomakingfulluseofphosphogypsumwaste,buttheseshouldbecost-effectiveandres
