摘要:火力發(fā)電企業(yè)是能源領(lǐng)域的重要組成部分,其負(fù)責(zé)向社會提供大量的電力資源,通過實(shí)現(xiàn)能源布局優(yōu)化、電力質(zhì)量提升、環(huán)保減排等方面的要求,對于保障國家能源安全和促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展都具有不可忽視的作用??梢哉J(rèn)為,火電企業(yè)面臨的競爭形勢越來越激烈,其從業(yè)人員也面臨著巨大的壓力和迫切需求。因此,建立科學(xué)合理的績效評價(jià)體系成為了推動火電企業(yè)發(fā)展的必要手段,以此為基礎(chǔ),本研究以戰(zhàn)略地圖理論為依托,探討了火電企業(yè)績效評價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建方法,通過選取相關(guān)指標(biāo),建立績效評價(jià)模型,最終形成了一套基于戰(zhàn)略地圖的績效評價(jià)體系,以期為火電企業(yè)提高管理效能、降低成本、推動企業(yè)發(fā)展等方面提供有力支持。

Abstract:Thermalpowergenerationenterprisesareanimportantpartoftheenergyindustry.Theyareresponsibleforprovidinglargeamountsofelectricityresourcestosociety.Byachievingtherequirementsofenergylayoutoptimization,electricityqualityimprovement,environmentalprotectionandemissionreduction,theyplayanindispensableroleinsafeguardingnationalenergysecurityandpromotingeconomicdevelopment.Itcanbesaidthatthermalpowerenterprisesarefacingincreasinglyfiercecompetitionandtheiremployeesarefacingenormouspressureandurgentdemand.Therefore,establishingascientificandreasonableperformanceevaluationsystemhasbecomeanecessarymeanstopromotethedevelopmentofthermalpowerenterprises.Basedonthis,thisstudyreliesonthetheoryofstrategicmapstoexploretheconstructionmethodoftheperformanceevaluationsystemofthermalpowerenterprises.Byselectingrelevantindicators,establishingaperformanceevaluationmodel,asetofperformanceevaluationsystembasedonstrategicmapsisfinallyformed,inordertoprovidestrongsupportforthermalpowerenterprisestoimprovemanagementefficiency,reducecosts,andpromoteenterprisedevelopment.

Indicatorselectionisacrucialstepinthedevelopmentofaperformanceevaluationsystem.Theselectedindicatorsshouldbecloselyrelatedtotheenterprise'scorebusinessobjectivesandshouldreflectitsstrategicpriorities.Inthecontextofathermalpowerenterprise,indicatorssuchaspowergenerationefficiency,fuelconsumption,environmentalperformance,andsafetyrecordareamongthecriticalfactorsthatshouldbeconsidered.
