1.aswellas意為“也；還”，常用來連接兩個(gè)并列的成分。如：

HecanspeakSpanishaswellasEnglish.他會(huì)說西班牙語和英語。

2.largequantitiesof=alargequantityof,意為“大量的”。如：

Largequantitiesofpollutedwaterispouredintotheriver.大量的污水被排進(jìn)了這條河流。

1.(1)aswellas連接兩個(gè)主語時(shí)，謂語動(dòng)詞的形式由前一個(gè)主語決定，即遵循“就遠(yuǎn)原則”。如：

(2)aswell常用作狀語，意為“也”，相當(dāng)于too或also，常位于句末。如：
