音節(jié)(syllable)是英語單詞的基本單位。有了音節(jié)的概念,才會有重讀音節(jié)和非重讀音節(jié),從而產(chǎn)生單詞重音和句子重音,帶來語流的停頓和連讀,發(fā)展出句子的強(qiáng)讀和弱讀,最后形成句子的節(jié)奏和節(jié)奏群。類型概念音素音素是語音中的最小單位,如:bee/bi?/中有/b/和/i?/兩個音素音節(jié)音節(jié)由音素組成。元音是構(gòu)成音節(jié)的主體,一個音節(jié)可以只有元音音素,也可以再加上一個或多個輔音音素。因此音節(jié)的構(gòu)成有四種基本形式:(1)只有元音,如a/?/、i/a?/;(2)元音+輔音,如at/?t/、on/?n/、it/?t/;(3)輔音+元音,如me/mi?/、go/g??/、they/ee?/;(4)輔音+元音+輔音,如bed/bed/、head/hed/、smell/smel/單詞單詞由音節(jié)組成,按音節(jié)的數(shù)目可分成單音節(jié)詞(如mouse)、雙音節(jié)詞(如o-range)、三音節(jié)詞(如ci-ne-ma)和多音節(jié)詞(如un-be-lie-va-ble)ⅠPronunciationrules.看視頻學(xué)習(xí)音節(jié)和單詞重音的規(guī)則。英語單詞因為音節(jié)的數(shù)量不一,在發(fā)音時會有輕讀的音和重讀的音。英語單詞中的重音可以分為:主重音、次重音、非重音。如果一個單詞由兩個以上音節(jié)組成,其中有個音節(jié)要讀得重一些和長一些,這個音節(jié)就叫重讀音節(jié),在該音節(jié)左上角用“'”表示。如果一個單詞有多個音節(jié),則除主重音外,還有次重音,在左下角用“?”表示。單詞的重音對單詞的詞義會產(chǎn)生影響,如'greenhouseeffect(溫室效應(yīng))和'green'house(綠房子)。ⅠPronunciationrules.看視頻學(xué)習(xí)音節(jié)和單詞重音的規(guī)則。
