11一OuterShell五、產(chǎn)品主要結(jié)構(gòu)及其特點(diǎn)(MainstructureandFeatures)YDS系列產(chǎn)品主要由外殼、內(nèi)膽、頸管、多層絕熱體、提筒等組成(見圖1),其中航空運(yùn)輸系列產(chǎn)品另含液氮吸附體(見團(tuán))oYDS-seriesproductsaremainlymadeupofoutershell,innervessel,necktube,multi—layerisolatingmaterialandcanisters?(frag?1)dryshipperseriesalsoincludeliquidnitrogenabsorbent.(frag?2)容器外殼、內(nèi)膽采用鋁合金板制作，具有重量輕、低溫下強(qiáng)度高、耐腐蝕等特點(diǎn)。Theoutershellandinnervesselaremadeofthealuminumalloyplatefeaturinglightweight,highcryogenicstrengthandcorrosionresistance.頸管采用玻璃鋼制作，具有機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)小等特點(diǎn)。Thenecktubeismadeofglass-fiberreinforcedplasticsfeaturingofhighmechanicalstrengthandlowheatconductivity.多層絕熱體采用反射性能特別優(yōu)良的鋁箔為反射屏，采用導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)小，放氣速率低的材料為隔熱材料，以減少熱輻射。Themulti—layerinsulationiscomposedofthereflectingscreenofaluminumfoilswithhighreflectivityandinsulationmaterialwithlowheatconductivityandlowgas-passingspeedtoreduceheatradiation.容器外殼與內(nèi)膽間的夾層為高真空狀態(tài)，以防止氣體的熱對流，并采用在低溫狀態(tài)下吸附量大的吸附劑，以保證容器的性能長期穩(wěn)定可靠，產(chǎn)品壽命不低于5年。Thejacketbetweentheoutershellandinnervesselisofhighvacuumtopreventthermalconvection.Moreover,anadsorbentwithahighadsorbingcapacityatthecryogenictemperatureisusedtoensurethelong—termstableandreliableperformanceofthedewarwithmorethanfive-yearlifeservice.航空運(yùn)輸型液氮生物容器中先進(jìn)的液氮吸收體，可大量吸附液氮并防水、防潮。當(dāng)向容器中注入液氮時(shí)，液氮吸收體便充分吸附液氮，通過液氮吸收體吸附的液氮自然揮發(fā)形成氮?dú)猓箖?nèi)膽中的溫度在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)始終保持在-150°C以下，保存的生物樣品便可在冷凍和干爽狀態(tài)下儲存或安全地進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)距離運(yùn)輸，即使在運(yùn)輸途中容器傾倒，也不會有液氮流出。Whilefillingliquidnitrogen,LiquidNitrogenAdsorberadsorbsandstoresliquidnitrogen.Poringexcessiveliquidnitrogenfromthecontainer,nitrogengasevaporatedfromliquidnitrogeninLiquidNitrogenAdsorbercanmaintainthetemperatureofInnerVesselunder-150°Cforacertainperiod,itissuitableforlong-distancetransportationforliquidnitrogenstoredorbiologicalspecimenstored,especiallyforairtransportation.Evenifthecontaineristurnedover,liquidnitrogenneverspillsout.六、產(chǎn)品使用須知(Notice)用戶使用產(chǎn)品前，應(yīng)開箱檢查產(chǎn)品外觀質(zhì)量，如發(fā)現(xiàn)容器外觀有缺陷，在收到產(chǎn)品后5個(gè)工作日內(nèi)，將此信息返回我公司(聯(lián)系方式見封底)。代、經(jīng)銷單位則按代、經(jīng)銷協(xié)議有關(guān)條款執(zhí)行。Beforeusingthedewar,usersshouldopenthecasestochecktheoutwardappearance.Ifanydefectisfoundonit,ourcompanyshouldbeinformedwithin5workingdaysafterreceivingthedewar(Formeansofcontact,seethebackcover).Thenthesalesagencyordistributiondepartmentshallsolvetheprobleminaccordancewiththerelatedclausesintheagreement液氮生物容器系列產(chǎn)品分貯存、運(yùn)輸兩大類型。貯存型容器主要用于室內(nèi)液氮和冷凍物品的靜置貯存，不能作車載運(yùn)輸使用；為滿足運(yùn)輸?shù)氖褂脳l件，運(yùn)輸型容器作了專門的防震設(shè)計(jì)，該類容器除可靜置貯存外，還可在充裝液氮狀態(tài)下作運(yùn)輸使用，但應(yīng)避免碰撞和劇烈震動。Liquidnitrogencontainerincludesstorageandtransportationtypes.Thestoragedewarismainlyusedforindoorstaticstorageofliquidnitrogenandfrozengoods.Itisprohibitedtousethestoragedewarfortransporting.Tomeettherequirementsoftransporting,thetransportingdewarwithspecialanti-vibrationdesignisusednotonlyforstaticstoragebutalsofortransportationfullofliquidnitrogen,butnobumpingorsevervibrationispermitted.3．貯存型容器初次使用時(shí)，按如下步驟進(jìn)行：Instructionforfirsttimeofusingstoragetype:.若在室內(nèi)對容器補(bǔ)充液氮，請注意要打開門窗操作，防止操作環(huán)境中嚴(yán)重缺氧。Ifthemaking-upoftheliquidnitrogenisconductedindoor,allthewindowsanddoorsmustbeopenedtoavoidtheseverelackofoxygentocausesuffocationoftheoperator..貯存型新容器或已解凍復(fù)溫的容器，在使用前必須先充入少量液氮預(yù)冷，接近熱平衡(氣化不劇烈)后再注滿液氮。充裝液氮時(shí)，宜用泵或長管漏斗，其充注管要插至接近容器底部，并須在容器口部留有空隙，讓氮?dú)馀懦觥Ｗ⑷肴萜鲀?nèi)的液氮液面高度不能超過頸管下端平面。操作中應(yīng)避免人體與液氮接觸，以免引起凍傷。Newdewarsorde-frosteddewarsmustbepre-cooledtoreachthethermalbalance(withnoviolentvaporization)beforetheyarefilledwithliquidnitrogen.Duringfillingliquidnitrogen,thepumporlong-tubefunnelispreferredforthispurpose.Thefillingtubeshouldreachnearthebottomofthedewarwithagapleftatthedewarmouthasanoutletforgaseousnitrogen.Theheightofliquidnitrogenlevelfilledinmustn'tbehigherthanbottomofthenecktube.Duringtheoperation,cautionmustbetakenagainstthecontactofhumanbodywiththeliquidnitrogentoavoidcoldinjuries.航運(yùn)型容器初次使用時(shí)，按如下步驟進(jìn)行：Instructionforfirsttimeofusingdirshipper:向容器內(nèi)注入液氮，液面高度達(dá)頸管底部；FillthecontainertothebottomofNeckTubeandLiquidNitrogenAbsorberstartstoabsorbliquidnitrogen;12小時(shí)后，再向容器內(nèi)注入液氮，液面高度達(dá)頸管底部；FillthecontainertothebottomofNeckTubeforthesecondtime12hourslatertomakeliquidnitrogenabsorbedcompletely(toreachsaturation);靜止12小時(shí)后，才能將殘余液氮倒出；Afteranother12hours,LiquidNitrogenAdsorbershouldbesaturated(Completeabsorptionmaytakeupto24hours);運(yùn)輸之前，應(yīng)測試液氮吸收體是否已達(dá)飽和，按下述“容器中液氮貯量的測試”方法進(jìn)行測算液氮吸收體吸附的液氮貯量，比較該值與表1對應(yīng)的吸附容積數(shù)值，若兩者偏差不大(由于大氣壓情況、制造誤差，液氮吸收體的實(shí)際吸附能力與表1的理論值可能有偏差)，便可判定液氮吸收體已經(jīng)飽和。反之，應(yīng)再次向容器內(nèi)注入液氮，2小時(shí)后，倒出殘余液氮，即可使用。Priortoshipment,pourofftheexcessliquidnitrogen.Ifthecontainerisjustforstorage,itisunnecessarytopourofftheexcessliquidnitrogen.InordertomakeLiquidNitrogenAbsorberreachsaturation(toensurethemaximumliquidnitrogenholdingtime),itisrecommendedtotestifLiquidNitrogenAbsorberreachessaturationbeforetheabovestep4).Themethodis:calculatingliquidnitrogenvolumewhichLiquidNitrogenAbsorberadsorbs,andcomparingwiththevalueinTable1.Ifthevaluecalculatedisasmuchasthevalueintable1,LiquidNitrogenAbsorberhasreachedsaturation(Theactualvalueisslightlydifferentfromthenominalvalueduetomanufacturingtolerance）.Ifnot,refillliquidnitrogentothebottomofNeckTube.2hourslater,LiquidNitrogenAbsorberwillreachsaturation.在容器初次放入冷凍物品后的2?3個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)，建議用戶落實(shí)專人，定時(shí)觀察容器外表面是否出現(xiàn)冷凝水或有結(jié)霜現(xiàn)象，如出現(xiàn)這兩種情況，表明容器的真空度已惡化，將引起容器內(nèi)的液氮在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)揮發(fā)完，容器便不能正常使用。出現(xiàn)這種現(xiàn)象的概率雖然很小，有可能是由于未按產(chǎn)品要求進(jìn)行裝卸、運(yùn)輸所致，但為避免冷凍物品的損失，這種觀察很有必要。Within2~3hoursafterthefrozengoodsareputintothedewarforthefirsttime,aspecialpersonmustbedesignatedbytheusertoregularlyobservewhetherthereiscondensedwaterorfrostontheoutershell.Ifthereiscondensedwaterorfrost,itmeansthatthevacuumofthedewarhasbeendeteriorated,whichwillcauseliquidnitrogentoevaporatecompletelyinaveryshorttime.Inthiscase,thedewarcan'tworknormally.Thepossibilityofthiskindofphenomenonissmall.Itmaybecausedbytheimproperunloadingortransportingofthedewar.However,inordertoavoidthelossoffrozenmatters,thiskindofobservationisverynecessary.請注意，容器外殼已承受使用、運(yùn)輸環(huán)境的大氣壓壓力，在使用或運(yùn)輸過程中，如發(fā)生嚴(yán)重碰撞或重壓，將會使容器外殼表面發(fā)生凹陷，導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品損壞或失效。Attentionmustbepaidtothefactthattheoutershellofthedewarisundertheatmosphericpressureinthetransportationandoperation,soifanyservebumpingorheavypressingoccurs,theoutersurfaceofthedewarwillbedentedtocausedamageorineffectivenesstothedewar.容器為液氮貯存、運(yùn)輸而設(shè)計(jì)，嚴(yán)禁盛裝液氧。Thedewarsaredesignedforliquidnitrogenstorageandtransporting,pleasedonotstoreliquidoxygen.容器的內(nèi)膽屬常壓工作狀態(tài)，不允許隨意采取充氣加壓或密封容器口的方法使用。Theinnervesselgenerallyworksunderthenormalpressureandnopressurizationispermittedatrandomandnosealingofthevesselmouthisallowedinoperation.頸管是液氮和冷凍物品進(jìn)出的通道，使用時(shí)切勿劃傷管壁。Thenecktubeisthechannelforliquidnitrogenandfrozenmattersandnoscratchonthewallofthenecktubeisallowedwhenusing.容器真空封口接頭是保持容器夾層真空的關(guān)鍵部件，一旦受到破壞，將立即導(dǎo)致容器夾層真空惡化，產(chǎn)品不能繼續(xù)使用，因此，用戶不得擅自打開容器真空封口接頭。TheEvacuatingNozzleisimportantforprotectingtheinterlayervacuumofthedewar;Oncedamaged,theinterlayervacuumwilldeteriorateimmediatelyanddewarscan'twork,sousersmustn'topentheEvacuatingNozzleprivately.容器中液氮貯量的測試Testofthequantityofliquidnitrogeninthecontainer1）
