December21st.1havereceivedrepliesfromalmostallofyouconfirmingattendance,butifyouhavenotletmeknow

yet,pleasedosointhenextdayortwo.Ticketsforallemployeeshavebeencoveredbythecompany.

ThemanagerofGreenValehasaskedmetoexplainoneortwothingstothoseofyouwhohavenotbeentherebefore.

Basically,thereisenoughparkingspaceforonly100vehicles,sohewouldliketoaskthoseofyouplanningtodriveto

trycarpool(拼車)asmuchaspossible.Also,thenumberoflockersavailableissmall,soguestsshouldtrytokeep

belongingstoa,minimum.
