1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了海上風力發(fā)電場運營期安全性評價的評價項目、評價方法、評定依據(jù)和風險等級評

定等內(nèi)容。

本文件適用于已全容量并網(wǎng)運行的海上風力發(fā)電場安全性評價。

3術(shù)語和定義

GB/T32128和GB/T51308界定的以及下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。

3.1

海底電纜submarinecable

敷設在海底,具有較高機械強度和耐腐蝕能力的電力傳輸電纜及通信電纜。

注:海底電纜包括送出海底電纜和集電海底電纜。

3.2

安全檢查表法methodofsafetychecklist

利用安全檢查表,分析海上風力發(fā)電場系統(tǒng)及設備、機械裝置和操作管理、組織措施中各種風險因

素的方法。

4總則

4.1海上風力發(fā)電場首次安全性評價宜在風力發(fā)電場全容量并網(wǎng)后1年內(nèi)進行,后續(xù)根據(jù)實際運行情

況定期開展安全性評價。

4.2海上風力發(fā)電場安全性評價分為海上風力發(fā)電場運營單位自查和專家評價。自查由運營單位自

行組織內(nèi)部管理和技術(shù)人員開展評價,專家評價由風力發(fā)電場運營單位的上級主管單位組織不少于
