本文件規(guī)定了海上風(fēng)力發(fā)電場運(yùn)營期安全性評價的評價項(xiàng)目、評價方法、評定依據(jù)和風(fēng)險等級評

定等內(nèi)容。

本文件適用于已全容量并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的海上風(fēng)力發(fā)電場安全性評價。

敷設(shè)在海底,具有較高機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和耐腐蝕能力的電力傳輸電纜及通信電纜。

注:海底電纜包括送出海底電纜和集電海底電纜。

利用安全檢查表,分析海上風(fēng)力發(fā)電場系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備、機(jī)械裝置和操作管理、組織措施中各種風(fēng)險因

4總則

4.1海上風(fēng)力發(fā)電場首次安全性評價宜在風(fēng)力發(fā)電場全容量并網(wǎng)后1年內(nèi)進(jìn)行,后續(xù)根據(jù)實(shí)際運(yùn)行情

況定期開展安全性評價。

4.2海上風(fēng)力發(fā)電場安全性評價分為海上風(fēng)力發(fā)電場運(yùn)營單位自查和專家評價。自查由運(yùn)營單位自

行組織內(nèi)部管理和技術(shù)人員開展評價,專家評價由風(fēng)力發(fā)電場運(yùn)營單位的上級主管單位組織不少于
