Total external resistance including ammeter and wire is less than 0.01.國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或更靈敏等級(jí)，外部總體內(nèi)阻包括電流表和導(dǎo)線應(yīng)小于0.01。（4）Impedance Meter 內(nèi)阻測(cè)試儀Impedance shall be measured by a sinusoidal alternating current method(AC 1kHz LCR meter). 內(nèi)阻測(cè)試儀測(cè)試方法為交流阻抗法(AC 1kHz LCR)。4.3 Testing Condition (unless otherwise specified) 測(cè)試條件（除非另作說明）Temperature 205，Relative humidity：6020%，Atmosphere pressure：86106Kpa.溫度：205，相對(duì)濕度：6020%，大氣壓強(qiáng)：86106Kpa。4.4 Reliability Test 可靠性測(cè)試Item項(xiàng)目Inspecting Method測(cè)試方法Standard標(biāo)準(zhǔn)High temperature performance高溫性能When the battery is standard charged, it shall be put into a chamber at ( 552 )for 2h, then discharged at 1.0C5A constant current to 2.750V.完全充電后置于552，2h用1C5A放電至2.75V。Discharging shall not be less than 51 minutes; and the battery appearance has no deform, no leak-out and no explosion.電池放電時(shí)間不少于51min，電池外觀無變形、無爆裂。Low temperature performance低溫性能When the battery is standard charged, it shall be put into chamber at ( -202 )for 16-24h,then discharged at 0.2C5A constant current to 3.00V before it is taken out and put into the temperature of ( 205 )for 2h for its appearance check with eyes.完全充電后置于-202，16-24h用0.2CA放電，結(jié)束后將電池置于205條件下擱置2h，觀察電池外觀。Discharging shall not be less than 3 hours; and the battery appearance has no deform, no leak-out and no explosion.電池放電時(shí)間不少于3小時(shí)，電池外觀無變形、無爆裂。Electrical load maintenance ability荷電保持能力When the battery has completed standard charged, it shall be disconnected and put aside for 28 Days at (205),then discharged at 0.2C5A.完全充電后,在255條件下，將電開路擱置28天，再0.2C5A放電。Discharging shall not be less than 4.25 hours放電時(shí)間不少于4.25小時(shí)Constant Humidity & Heat Requirement恒定濕熱性能As the battery has completed fast charging with constant current,it shall be put into the (405),90%-95%RH thermos humidistat for 48h; then taken out at（205）for 2h. Check its appearance with eyes. Free drop one time respectively from X、Y、Z positive and negative axis(six directions). When its voltage reaches 4.20V, it shall be charged to constant voltage charging. It shall not stop charging until its current is no more than 0.01C5A .Put it aside for 0.5h-1h then discharge with 1.0C5A in the constant current to its final voltage2.750V. When the discharging is finished, the battery shall be put aside for 0.5h-1h and has the next charge and discharge recycle. The violent vibration,impaction or squeezing should be avoided in the transport process; neither is exposed in the sunlight nor rain. The batteries shall be shipped by normal transportation such as by road, by train, by ocean or by air.電池應(yīng)在半荷電狀態(tài)20-50%充電狀態(tài)下包裝成箱進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸，在運(yùn)輸過程中應(yīng)防止劇烈振動(dòng)、沖擊或擠壓，防止日曬雨淋，應(yīng)適用汽車、火車、輪船、飛機(jī)等普通運(yùn)輸工具。6Storage 貯存The battery storage shall be in the clean and dry ventilation room at the temperature of -535 and shall keep out of fire or heat and avoid touching corrosion elements. The batteries shall be charged every 6 months during storage. Both the stored cells in the process of the battery and the batteries in delivery shall be “first come, first use”. The battery storage period is 12 months when into the warehouse. Batteries expired must have a thorough check. Do not drop the battery. 在使用過程中，應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離熱源、高壓，避免兒童玩弄電池，切勿摔打電池。4 Use the compatible charger. Do not put the battery into the charger over 24hours。 本電池只能使用配套充電器充電，不要將電池放在充電器超過24小時(shí)。5 Do not touch contacts together. Do not demolish or assembly the battery by yourself. Do not put the battery in the damp place to avoid danger. 切勿將電池正負(fù)極短路，切勿自己拆裝電池，也勿讓電池放在受潮處，以免發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。6 When the battery was stored for a long period, put it well in its half capacity. Do not wrap it with conduct material to avoid the damage caused by the direct contact between the metal and battery. Keep the battery in day places. 長(zhǎng)期不用時(shí)，請(qǐng)將電池儲(chǔ)存完好，讓電池處于半荷電狀態(tài)。請(qǐng)用不導(dǎo)電材料包裹電池，以避免金屬直接接觸電池，造成電池?fù)p壞，將電池保存陰涼干燥處。7 Well disposed the disused battery. Do not put it into fire or water. 廢棄電池請(qǐng)安全妥當(dāng)處理，不要投入火中或水中。3.7.2 Hazard Warning危險(xiǎn)警告1 Forbid Disassemble Batteries 禁止拆裝電池The battery has protective component and circuit internally to avoid danger. Mishandling such as improper disassembly will destroy its protective function and make it heat, smoke, distort or burning. 電池內(nèi)部具有保護(hù)機(jī)構(gòu)和保護(hù)電路可以避免發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。不合適的拆裝會(huì)損壞保護(hù)功能，將會(huì)造成讓電池發(fā)熱、冒煙、變形或燃燒。2 Forbid Short-circuit Batteries 禁止讓電池短路Do not touch the plus and minus contacts with metals. Do not put the battery with metal element together in either storage or movement. If the battery is short-circuit, it carries magnified current，which will cause damage and make the battery heat, smoke, distort or burning. 不要將電池的正負(fù)極用金屬連接，也不要將電池與金屬片放在一起存儲(chǔ)和移動(dòng)。如果電池被短路，將會(huì)有超大電流流過，將會(huì)損壞電池，造成電池發(fā)熱、冒煙、變形或燃燒。3 Forbid heat and burn the battery 嚴(yán)禁加熱和焚燒電池If heating or burning the battery, it will caused the isolated element in the battery dissolved, protection function stopped or the electrode burning, over heated, which will make the battery heat, smoke, distort or burning. 加熱和焚燒電池將會(huì)造成電池隔離物的溶化、安全功能喪失或電解質(zhì)燃燒，過熱就會(huì)使電池發(fā)熱、冒煙、變形或燃燒。4 To avoid use the battery near the heat 避免在熱源附近使用電池Do not use the battery near the fire and stove, or over 80, and over heating will cause the battery internal short-circuit and make it heat, smoke, distort or burning. 不要在火源、烤爐附近或超過80的環(huán)境中使用電池，過熱將會(huì)導(dǎo)致電池內(nèi)部短路，使電池發(fā)熱、冒煙、變形或燃燒。5 Forbid bathing the battery 禁止弄濕電池Do not dampen the battery, or even immerse it in the water, which will cause internal protection circuit and its function lost or abnormal chemical reactions, which will lead to heating, smoking, distortion or burning. 不要弄濕電池，更不能將電池投入水中，否則會(huì)造成電池內(nèi)部保護(hù)電路和功能喪失及發(fā)生不正常的化學(xué)反應(yīng)，電池有可能發(fā)熱、冒煙、變形或燃燒。6 Avoid charging near fire or in the sunlight 避免在火源附近或陽光直射下充電Otherwise, it will cause internal protection circuit and its function lost or abnormal chemical reactions, which will lead to heating, smoking, distortion or burning. 否則會(huì)造成電池內(nèi)部保護(hù)電路和功能喪失和發(fā)生不正常的化學(xué)反應(yīng)，電池有可能發(fā)熱、冒煙、變形或燃燒。7 Danger in using non-indicated chargers in 使用非專用充電器給電池充電，會(huì)發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)Charging in abnormal condition, the battery will cause internal protection circuit and its function lost or abnormal chemical reactions, which will lead to heating, smoking, distortion or burning. 在非正常的條件下充電會(huì)造成電池內(nèi)部保護(hù)電路功能喪失和發(fā)生不正常的化學(xué)反應(yīng)，電池有可能發(fā)熱、冒煙、變形或燃燒。8 Forbid Damage Battery 禁止破壞電池Do not allow damage the battery with the metals gouged, forged or dropped etc.，otherwise, it will cause over-heated, distort, smoke or burning, even in danger. 禁止用金屬鑿入電池、錘打或摔打電池或其他方法破壞電池，否則會(huì)造成電池發(fā)熱、冒煙、變形或燃燒，甚至?xí)l(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。9 Forbid directly welding on the battery 禁止在電池主體上直接焊Over-heated will cause the isolated element dissolved in the battery and losing protective function its cycle life, even will cause over-heated, distort, smoke or burning. 過熱將會(huì)造成電池隔離物的溶化、安全保護(hù)功能喪失，使電池發(fā)熱、冒煙、變形或燃燒。10 Forbid directly charging on the power socket or car kit cigarette 嚴(yán)禁將電池直接在電源插座上或車載點(diǎn)煙器上充電High voltage and amplified current will damage the battery and reduce its cycle life, even will cause over-heated, distort, smoke or burning. 高壓、大電流將會(huì)過電池而使其損壞，或使電池發(fā)熱、冒煙、變形或燃燒。11 Do not use this battery for other equipment 不可將電池用于其他設(shè)備Impropriate usage will damage the battery and reduce its cycle life, even will cause over-heated, distort, smoke or burning. 不恰當(dāng)使用會(huì)損壞電池的性能、降低壽命，甚至?xí)闺姵匕l(fā)熱、冒煙、變形或燃燒。12 Do not touch the leak-out battery 不要直接觸及漏液電池The leak-out electrolyte will cause the skin uncomfortable. If it drops into eyes, do not rob the eyes but wash in time, and go to hospital for treatment. 滲漏的電解液會(huì)造成皮膚不適，萬一電解液進(jìn)入眼睛，盡快用清水沖洗，不可揉眼，并迅速送醫(yī)院處理。3.7.3 Warning 警告1 This battery cannot mix with deposal or twice- recycled batteries in use.
