1、淺談生物實驗在高中生物教學(xué)中的重要性生物學(xué)是一門實驗科學(xué)。只有重視觀察和實驗,才能適應(yīng)科學(xué)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,才能培養(yǎng)出全面發(fā)展的人才。生物實驗在生物教學(xué)中的重要性主要有以下幾個方面:(一) 有利于學(xué)生加深理解和鞏固掌握所學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)知識在實驗中通過對實物的觀察研究,能增強學(xué)生的感性認識,幫助學(xué)生鞏固概念,深化對原理、規(guī)律的理解,并且有助于學(xué)生掌握探究生物學(xué)知識的方法。 (二)有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生生物實驗操作技能重視對學(xué)生進行生物學(xué)基本技能的訓(xùn)練,是中學(xué)生物學(xué)課程標準規(guī)定的教學(xué)要求之一。大綱要求學(xué)生學(xué)會使用顯微鏡、放大鏡等儀器;學(xué)會制作臨時裝片、徒手切片、解剖小動物、采集和制作生物標本的方法;學(xué)會做簡單的生

2、理實驗;學(xué)會繪制生物圖等技能。這些技能只有在實驗中反復(fù)練習(xí),才能學(xué)會和熟練掌握。(三)有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的觀察能力、思維能力及分析問題和解決問題的能力實驗是手腦并用的實踐活動,是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生觀察能力最直接、最有效的途徑,可透過現(xiàn)象抓住事物的本質(zhì),分析問題的因果關(guān)系,找出解決問題的一些方法和措施。實驗在一定程度上是模仿科學(xué)研究的過程,是一種基本的科學(xué)研究方法。探究性的實驗教學(xué)以及開展論文聯(lián)盟整理實驗設(shè)計的活動對培養(yǎng)學(xué)生提出問題、做出假設(shè)、設(shè)計實驗、觀察記錄 、分析推理等多方面的科研能力是十分有利的。( 四)有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生嚴謹?shù)目茖W(xué)態(tài)度和認真細微的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣生物實驗本身具有嚴密的科學(xué)性,只有正確的實驗方法和

3、實驗步驟,才能達到預(yù)期的目的.因此在實驗中,教師要嚴格要求學(xué)生按操作規(guī)程認真做實驗,仔細觀察實驗現(xiàn)象和完成實驗作業(yè),不怕困難和失敗.只有這樣,才能使學(xué)生逐步樹立嚴謹?shù)目茖W(xué)態(tài)度,養(yǎng)成認真仔細的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣.(五)有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣及調(diào)動學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性生物實驗是形象和直觀的,學(xué)生通過實驗看到了自己平時看不到的生物微觀世界,看到了平時見不到的生理過程和生理現(xiàn)象,并且這些都是在自己的努力下,親自觀察和體驗到的,因此,會十分興奮和感興趣,大大地調(diào)動了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)生物的積極性. (六)有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生團結(jié)協(xié)作的精神由于現(xiàn)代科學(xué)的發(fā)展和各學(xué)科之間互相滲透,在科學(xué)研究等領(lǐng)域要求科學(xué)家、科研人員之間必須有相互協(xié)作
