4、各班組長對所轄范圍的事故隱患排查和整改工作負(fù)責(zé)， 每個(gè)職工對本崗位的事故隱患排查和整改負(fù)責(zé)，任何單位和個(gè)人發(fā)現(xiàn)事故隱 患，均有權(quán)向安全生產(chǎn)主管部門和項(xiàng)目部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)報(bào)告。 Person in charge of section and squad leaders should be responsible for accidents investigation and rectification within their jurisdiction. 12、hidden dangers will be an important indicator of annual assessment.根據(jù)隱患的大小及其危害程度，對隱患發(fā)現(xiàn)者進(jìn)行 5-500 元的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，獎(jiǎng) 勵(lì)采用現(xiàn)金兌現(xiàn)，由安全環(huán)保部申報(bào)，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后實(shí)施。 According to scope and degree of dangers, reporter will be rewarded RMB 5 to 500. The reward will be requested by HSE department and distribute cash and get approved by

16、dangers identified, the general report procedure is that employee reports to sector leaders or safety officer and each sectors report to safety monitoring committee who will take records as per classification.因未及時(shí)整改，報(bào)告人也沒繼續(xù)上報(bào)而導(dǎo)致事故的發(fā)生，將對發(fā)生事故 的班組按照安全生產(chǎn)管理?xiàng)l例中罰款金額的兩倍進(jìn)行處罰，對責(zé)任人將 從重處理，報(bào)告人不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。 Failing to t

18、情況可采用口頭報(bào)告。 Generally, report should be in written form and may be given orally in special circumstance.書面報(bào)告：報(bào)告人要把隱患地點(diǎn)事故隱患內(nèi)容擬采取措施建議報(bào) 告人姓名報(bào)告接受人姓名、報(bào)告時(shí)間等寫清楚，一式二份，一份交安全環(huán) 保部，一份部門自己留底備查。單位各班組進(jìn)行的專業(yè)安全檢查和各部門進(jìn) 行的安全檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的事故隱患也應(yīng)同時(shí)報(bào)告安督辦進(jìn)行登記備案。 Written report: The reporter should clear write place and content of h

19、idden danger, measures, the reporter s name, recipients name and reporting time. The report should be in duplicate, one for HSE department and one for the reporting department as reference. Hidden dangers should be reported to safety monitoring committee and make record during professional safety inspection in squads and casual inspection in other sectors核實(shí)與處理 verification and handling 各部門發(fā)現(xiàn)或接到員工事故隱患報(bào)告后，應(yīng)立即按照隱患排查領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組 的職責(zé)分工組織本單位專業(yè)人員對隱患進(jìn)行核實(shí)， 并在 24 小時(shí)內(nèi)作出書面整 改意見。各部門自己能夠解決的隱患應(yīng)立即整改；需其他部門協(xié)助解決的， 能自己聯(lián)系解決的自己聯(lián)系解決，不能自己聯(lián)系解決的，應(yīng)立即報(bào)
