1、參加品牌教師評(píng)選的過程與感受我是大連第七十六中的英語教師顏新華,從教已有十六個(gè)年頭剛剛送走一批初三的學(xué)生,七月份,學(xué)生的中考成績(jī)出來了,我所任教的兩個(gè)班級(jí)的英語優(yōu)秀率均達(dá)到56%,每個(gè)班都有30多人達(dá)到126分以上的成績(jī)。其中最高分是137分,僅次于大連市最高分0.5分。學(xué)校對(duì)我的工作感到比較滿意,經(jīng)審核,給我報(bào)了大連市品牌教師的評(píng)選活動(dòng)。剛開學(xué),我又接收了一個(gè)新的初三畢業(yè)班,不是自己一手帶的學(xué)生,加上這個(gè)班總換班主任,基礎(chǔ)差的學(xué)生很多。我剛開學(xué)就投入到新班級(jí)的熟悉和管理中,難度較大,自己感覺到力不從心和極度疲憊,因此對(duì)九月份區(qū)里的品牌教師選拔沒怎么重視,心里想著,忙成這個(gè)樣,糊弄糊弄得了。但
2、是經(jīng)過說課淘汰賽以后,又被選到區(qū)里上課,在八十中上初三上冊(cè)第四模塊的第二單元,一節(jié)讀寫課。忙著班級(jí)里的雜亂瑣事,對(duì)付區(qū)里的公開課,自己又沒盡全力去準(zhǔn)備,上完課后,連自己都覺得不太滿意,都是不在意導(dǎo)致的后果啊!區(qū)和校又給了我挑戰(zhàn)自我的一個(gè)過程甘井子區(qū)共選上五名英語教師市品牌教師大賽,我又被推選上了。在與其他四位參賽教師準(zhǔn)備上交評(píng)選材料的過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)自己在日常過程中,只顧著悶頭干活太不重視自己的專業(yè)研究和個(gè)人提升了。平日里沒寫過幾篇像樣的論文、案例和有價(jià)值的課題研究。自從接近40歲,我不太愿意上公開課和研討課,所獲此類證件也不多。等到現(xiàn)在需要復(fù)印這些證件時(shí),才感覺到書到用時(shí)方恨少?。∫院笕绻谏辖?/p>
3、論文啊、課堂實(shí)錄啊、案例啊、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)啊等等東西時(shí)可不能再像以前那樣啊,被逼到數(shù)了再往上湊了。雖然被推選為區(qū)品牌教師代表咱甘井子區(qū)去參評(píng),可自己還是沒重視起來,總把它當(dāng)任務(wù)和負(fù)擔(dān)來對(duì)待,也很不自信,一點(diǎn)往上努力的激情都沒有。十一長假七天在家,教研員王老師讓我們五個(gè)人好好在家準(zhǔn)備,把說課這一環(huán)節(jié)抓住,爭(zhēng)取進(jìn)入決賽50個(gè)人上去20個(gè)人,我自知自己能力有限,因此打算混過去得了。但就在猶疑之中,王老師一次又一次的不斷打電話和親自見面鼓勵(lì)我、提醒我,讓我別輕言放棄。我這才開始真正著手去準(zhǔn)備說課稿、我和本校另一位參賽老師程馨一起,認(rèn)認(rèn)真真的對(duì)待說課的準(zhǔn)備工作。聽說課和讀寫課的流程,我們都各準(zhǔn)備了一個(gè),完成一
4、個(gè)就請(qǐng)教王老師有什么地方不太完善,修改之后再寫,再改到十月十八日,我們?nèi)ソ逃龑W(xué)校抽簽之前,我們倆已在初三英語老師和趙麗萍老師、汪艷萍老師、王紅老師面前大膽嘗試和模擬了一遍說課的流程,他們又給我們倆提出了一些寶貴的意見和好的建議。周五(十月二十一日),我參加了說課選拔賽。大連市教研員和其它四位教授級(jí)評(píng)委讓我們感到從來未有過的壓力和緊張。但是我穩(wěn)住了自己,放平了心態(tài),用良好的狀態(tài)闖過了這一關(guān)。雖說高手如林,但我感覺沒選上上課也沒關(guān)系,最起碼,這個(gè)說課賽前的準(zhǔn)備工作,自己已經(jīng)走過了一遍,從前從沒有嘗試過的說客過程也讓自己收獲不小。說課賽的當(dāng)天下午,王老師就通知我們23號(hào)上午10點(diǎn)鐘去80中開會(huì),抽簽
5、上課大賽、我聽了當(dāng)時(shí)真有些不相信自己的耳朵,沒發(fā)揮出最好的水平,自己真是幸運(yùn)啊!m3u2 顏新華im going to talk about module 3 unit 2”liu xiang was trained for gold.” taken from book 5.l first, id like to analyze the teaching material.the topic of this module is entertainment and sports, which is closely related to students interests and they li
6、ke to watch and talk about the sports competitions and sporting stars. so theyre eager to know about how they become successful and their experiences as well. meanwhile, we need to cultivate the students awareness to learn from their heroes about working hard to overcome the difficulties and never g
7、iving up.this unit is mainly a reading material about liu xiang with the structures of past simple passive and future simple passive. it presents further target grammar through reading, with activities to develop discrete reading skills. the students will learn how to introduce a sporting hero with
8、the help of the time line. and further vocabulary items related to the overall theme of the module may be included. the students have learned the way to describe doctor bethone with time order when they were in grade eight, and theyve learned present simple passive in module two. so they have stored
9、 such knowledge background in their mind. the unit closes with writing practice, so after this class, students will be able to write a passage about their favourite sporting stars.the important points of this lesson is to get information from the reading material about liu xiangs sporting experience
10、 by taking notes of the important information, and to combine sentences into a paragraph using and, although and because to describe the life of sporting heroes.the difficult points is to use the past simple passive and future simple passive correctly to describe people and behaviour.l according to
11、the national curriculum standard and the syllabus, after studying the material and analyzing the students studying background, i establish the following teaching aims:first, about the knowledge aims.the topic of this unit is the entertainment and sports.the function is to understand and express some

21、his period is to cultivate their reading skills of catching the theme of the passage.step 4: i will show the time line on the blackboard and ask the students to complete it with the notes, so that students learn to describe an event with the time order and get the main ideas of the pasage. at the sa
22、me time, we will add some latest news about liu xiang to the time line to make the information more complete.step 5: retell the facts about liu xiang according to the time line. the students practise retelling to grasp the main content of the text as well as to practise further target grammar throug
23、h retelling.through different kinds of reading methods, i wish the students not only read for vacabulary, grammar, answer some simple questions, but also read between the lines to understand some items about logical relations of the paragraphs, learn about the writers opinions, analyze some facts fr
24、om the passage, as well as learn the writing structures and skills with the help of time line.part 3 post-reading we will use 10 minutesstep 1: show some pictures and key words of another excellent sports starzhang yining. the students work in groups to give a brief introduction of her according to
25、the time line, meanwhile, proper passive voice should be used here. cooperative learning can raise students interest and create a learning environment. based on the retelling of liu xiang and summing up the writing structure, the students will transfer the writing method to introduce other famous st
26、ars.step 2: ill give them todays homework based on the topic and language points learnt today. they will finish a composition about zhang yining. for students with level a , they need to finish the writing independently and freely, while for students with level b, the homework will be finished with
27、the list theyve discussed in their group work. different homework is assigned for students with different levels because of students individual differences. my purpose is to help the students use the language to express their feelings and show their opinions. they will put what they have learned in

30、ttention.以上附上我的說課稿,希望對(duì)以后參加說課大賽的老師有參考價(jià)值。我也通過這次說課大賽,進(jìn)一步明確了該如何用英語去說課,規(guī)范了自己的教學(xué)行為,我的收獲不僅是說這一節(jié)課,而且對(duì)整個(gè)初三教材上下冊(cè)的縱觀有了一個(gè)新的認(rèn)識(shí)和高度,這是用金錢都難以換來的。周日上午10點(diǎn)鐘去了80中開會(huì),劉靜雯老師給我們講了一下說課大賽時(shí)出現(xiàn)的各種各樣的問題,又讓我們抽簽決定上課時(shí)間,我們初三一共七個(gè)人,我抽的是最后一課,下午第七節(jié),上m3的unit2.我們的準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間只有半天,這對(duì)我來說又是一個(gè)不小的挑戰(zhàn)。我回到家后,開始認(rèn)真思考這節(jié)課的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)。劉老師說,一堂好課不僅是精心準(zhǔn)備和設(shè)計(jì)出來的,更是生成的。所以
31、不應(yīng)該害怕準(zhǔn)備的時(shí)間短,而應(yīng)在一節(jié)上凸顯出自己的教學(xué)特色、風(fēng)格,更應(yīng)以學(xué)生為主體。最為重要的是,學(xué)生是否能在當(dāng)堂課學(xué)完以后,用本課學(xué)的東西去練去說去用。結(jié)合這些理念,我設(shè)計(jì)了本科的流程步步貼近學(xué)生實(shí)際,始終站在學(xué)生的角度,以學(xué)生的思維視覺看問題看世界。24號(hào)下午2:10上課,5位評(píng)委老師來到之后,我就開始了自己的教學(xué)活動(dòng)。出現(xiàn)了好幾個(gè)自己沒預(yù)想的問題,但我始終鎮(zhèn)定、自信、機(jī)智地去處理和應(yīng)對(duì),感覺到自己和學(xué)生已融為一體,比較好地達(dá)成了自己的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。上完這節(jié)課時(shí),當(dāng)堂就感覺到自我提升了很大一步。不管結(jié)果怎樣,非常想謝這一過程給我自己的歷練和提高。感謝王老師、劉老師給我的指導(dǎo)與幫助,更讓我感到欣喜
