1、鑄造常用詞中英文對照及簡釋 1. 鑄件后處理 (post treatment of casting) 鑄件 對清理后的鑄件進行熱處理整形防銹處理和粗加工的過程。鑄件后處理是鑄造生產的最后一道工序。 2. 鑄件清理 (cleaning of casting) 鑄件 將鑄件從鑄型中取出清除掉本體以外的多余部分并打磨精整鑄件內外表面的過程。主要工作有清除型芯和芯鐵。 3. 鑄造有色合金 (cast non ferrous alloy) 鑄造合金 用以澆注鑄件的有色合金(見有色金屬)是鑄造合金中的一類。主要有鑄造銅合金鑄造鋁合金鑄造鎂合金等。 4. 澆注系統(tǒng) (gating system) 鑄型 為將
