3、五、附圖附表 The figure and attached list 53一、編制講明 Explanation to the Compilation1.1 編制原那么 The Principles of the Compilation本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)只是按照業(yè)主所提供的資料以及結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件、工程 特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行編制的，著重于施工方案、技術(shù)措施、施工治理措施、施工形象 進(jìn)度打算、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置、機(jī)械設(shè)備及人員組織機(jī)構(gòu)配置、施工中的重點(diǎn) 難點(diǎn)技術(shù)措施的編制。The present proposal, with a view to the bidding stage, is made and based o

4、n the technical specifications stated in the tender documents. It is concentrated in the execution plan, technical and management measures, progress scheme, site layout, machines and equipments, labor forces, site management organization and measures to be taken for the main and diffi cult work exec

5、ution. It is only a proposal made to comply with the proje ct drawings and the details stated in the bidding documents. 6、、設(shè)計(jì)圖紙、結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條 件及工程特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行編制； The compilation in accordance with bidding instr uction, design drawing, site condition and the characteristic of project for Ungada National Bureau Of Standards Administration Block Project.二、工程概況 Project Profile 本工程為新建工程，工程位于：烏干達(dá)坎培拉市區(qū)。總使用面積為 48 26 m2 ，新建建筑占地面積約 1000 m2 。新建建

7、筑地下室一層， 地上最高 五層，建筑高度為 22.4 米。由烏干達(dá)政府投資興建，由 Arch Forum Ltd 公司設(shè)計(jì)?？偣て跒?307 天。三、施工預(yù)備 Preparations for the Commencement3.1 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)預(yù)備 Site Preparation3.1.1 按施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置圖搭建生產(chǎn)和生活臨時(shí)設(shè)施 ,做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)施 工道路、施工用水電的布置、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)污水、雨水排放明溝，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平安防護(hù)設(shè) 施搭建等工作。 Set up the temporary facilities for site production and life as per the site layout.

34、is project mainly consists of independent foundat ion and retaining wall. The concrete volume of the foundation work is co nsiderably large. The strength level is high, the working procedures are n umerous, the techniques are complex, high qualities are required and the t ime is pressing. So it is n

35、ecessary to do well the pre-construction prepara tions, and to adopt effective technical and organizational measures so as t o ensure the foundation work to be completed soonest possible with high qualities and thus creating favorable conditions for the super structures execution.5.2.1.1 土方開挖采納反鏟挖掘機(jī)

36、和人工修整相結(jié)合 ,挖土方向順序按循 環(huán)式順序。The excavation will be done by excavators and manual trimming. Th e excavation will be done in a way of orderly cycle.521.2機(jī)械挖土深度宜操縱在設(shè)計(jì)墊層底標(biāo)高上20CM,嚴(yán)禁挖深擾動(dòng)持力層 ,剩余局部由人工進(jìn)行修整 ,關(guān)于土質(zhì)情形與地質(zhì)勘察報(bào)告不符時(shí)或 顯現(xiàn)意外情形時(shí) ,及時(shí)與建設(shè)單位、設(shè)計(jì)單位聯(lián)系并進(jìn)行處理。 The excavat ion will be controlled as 20cm higher than the

We will get in touch timely with the Client, the d esigning institute in case that the soil conditions do not comply with thos e in the soil investigation report or any accidents

38、happen.521.3回填土進(jìn)行場(chǎng)內(nèi)堆土，堆土坡腳至坑邊距離不小于 3m。The soil for backfill will be piled up at site and the edge of the pile should be a way from the foundation pit less than 3 meters.基坑挖好后 ,應(yīng)及時(shí)邀請(qǐng)?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)單位 ,監(jiān)理單位等有關(guān)人員進(jìn)行驗(yàn) 收,驗(yàn)收合格后 ,及時(shí)進(jìn)行下道工序的施工。 It is imperative to invite those f rom the designing institute, the supervisor

The follo wing work can not be started until the result of the said check is ok.5.2.1.5 土方回填 The Backfilling ：根底工程終止后 ,邀請(qǐng)業(yè)主、監(jiān)理等 單位進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收 ,合格前方可進(jìn)行回填。根底內(nèi)外回填應(yīng)同時(shí)平均進(jìn)行,防止產(chǎn)生不平均側(cè)向荷載 .并夯打密實(shí)。 We will invite the supe

40、rvisor and quality control unit to check the foundation work when the same is done. When the check gives ok, the backfill is to be carried out. The backfilling shall be done simultaneously both in and out of the foundation pit to avoid fr om the uneven side load. And compaction is made well.5.2.2 模板

41、工程 The Moulding board Work5.2.2.1 模板必須尺寸準(zhǔn)確 ,板面平坦 ;具有足夠的承載力。 剛度和穩(wěn)固性 , 能可靠地承當(dāng)新澆筑砼的自重和側(cè)壓力 , 以及在施工中所產(chǎn)生的荷載 ;構(gòu)造 簡(jiǎn)單,裝拆方便 ,并便于鋼筋的綁扎 ,安裝和砼的澆筑 ,養(yǎng)護(hù)等要求。在滿足起 重量要求 ,施工便利和經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下 ,應(yīng)盡可能擴(kuò)大模板面積 ,減少拼縫。 The di mensions of the moulding board shall be correct and surfaces even, havin g sufficient bearing capacity, rigidity

42、 and stability to reliably bear the wei ght of the concrete newly cast and its side pressure, and other load durin g the execution. The moulding board should be easy to be fit and disman tle. The moulding board work shall facilitate the reinforcement steel to be bound and fit, the concrete cast and

The moulding board work s hall be made economically to the extent to satisfy the lifting demand and to reduce the joints with largest possible area.5.2.2.2 模板體系的選用應(yīng)按照工程的特點(diǎn)按以下方面進(jìn)行選擇 :一是選 擇的模板體系要先進(jìn) ,合理,適用 ;二是能用效操縱工程質(zhì)量 ,使結(jié)構(gòu)到達(dá)清水 砼的成效 ;三是降低本錢少投入?？傊C合考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)性 ,適用性,選擇科學(xué) , 合理的模板體系。要加大背楞和對(duì)拉螺栓的設(shè)計(jì) ,保證其剛度

44、 ,其可周轉(zhuǎn)的次 數(shù)低于鋼模板。 The moulding board work system is selected and decided as the following: firstly it should be advanced, reasonably economic and applicable; secondly, it should be of help in control the project quality a nd of benefit to the effect of fair face for the main structure; thirdly, it i

45、s low in cost with less investment. All in all, we have to consider theeconomics and applicability and thus adopt the scientific and reasona ble form work system. It is imperative to improve the design of the wash ers and the counter bolts so as to ensurethe rigidity of the form but the cycles less

46、than steel moulding boar d.5.2.2.3 模板支模前必須搭好有關(guān)腳手架 ,澆筑砼前必須檢查支撐是否可 靠 ,扣件是否松動(dòng)。澆筑砼時(shí)必須由模板支設(shè)班組設(shè)專人看模 ,隨時(shí)檢查支撐 是否變形 ,松動(dòng),并組織及時(shí)復(fù)原。經(jīng)常檢查支設(shè)模板吊鉤 ,斜支撐及平臺(tái)連接 處螺栓是否松動(dòng) ,覺察咨詢題及時(shí)組織處理。 Scaffolds shall be mounted tig htly before doing the form work. Before casting, it is imperative to check all the support if they are stro

47、ng, and if the clips and clamps are proper ly tightened. When casting, those who have made the moulding board wo rk have to be on the spot and watch the ongoing form work, check the s upports now and then to see if there any movable or deformed, and men d in time if needed.It is also imperative to f

48、requently check the crane ho ok, and see if the bolts and nuts are loose between the slant supports an d the platform. Timely removal is needed if any happens.在支模時(shí)現(xiàn)澆鋼筋砼梁 ,當(dāng)跨度等于或大于 4M 時(shí), 模板應(yīng)起拱； 當(dāng)設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)具體要求時(shí)，起拱高度宜為全跨長(zhǎng)度的1/1000-3/3000。When making the form work for RCC beam and slabs and their spans are mor

49、e th an 4 meters, the arch shall be made. If there is no specific requirement, t he height of the arch shall be 1/1000-1/3000 length of the span.拆模時(shí)不得使用大錘或硬撬亂搗 ,如果撤除困難 ,可用撬杠從底部 輕微橇動(dòng) ;保持起吊時(shí)模板與墻體的距離 ,保證砼外表及棱角不因撤除受損 壞。 When removing the form, neither big hammer is used nor other unrea sonable ways. If

50、it is difficult to remove the form, claw bar may be appl ied gently at the bottom. Proper distances shall be maintained between th e form and the walls when lifting so as to ensure no breaks made to the concrete faces, edges and corners.5.2.3 鋼筋工程 The Reinforcement Steel Work5.2.3.1 對(duì)進(jìn)場(chǎng)鋼筋必須認(rèn)真檢驗(yàn) ,檢驗(yàn)內(nèi)

51、容包括查對(duì)標(biāo)志 ,外觀檢查 ,并 按現(xiàn)行國(guó)家有關(guān)部門標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定抽樣復(fù)試合格前方可使用。在保證設(shè)計(jì)規(guī) 格及力學(xué)性能的情形下 ,鋼筋外表必須清潔無(wú)損害 ,不得帶有顆粒狀或片狀 鐵銹、裂紋、強(qiáng)疤、折疊、油漬和漆污等，鋼筋端頭保證平直，無(wú)彎曲。 對(duì)經(jīng)調(diào)直處理鋼筋加箍筋等 ,應(yīng)搭設(shè)棚架 ,集中碼放 ,防雨淋銹蝕。其它鋼筋應(yīng) 架空分規(guī)格碼放 ,其架空高度不小于 10CM。 It is a must to check and test the reinforcement steel brought into site.
