24、1 , Total 442.2.檢驗檢驗規(guī)則規(guī)則2.1.2.1. 檢驗類別檢驗類別2.1.1. 一般檢驗一般檢驗是指根據(jù)設(shè)計圖樣和工藝文件的規(guī)定,對鈑金沖壓件進(jìn)行的外觀檢驗、尺寸及公差配合檢驗及常規(guī)性能檢驗。外觀檢驗是依靠手摸、目測、光照反射、光照投影等方法對鈑金沖壓件的外觀進(jìn)行檢驗;尺寸及公差配合檢驗是采用工具、夾具、量具,以檢驗鈑金沖壓件的尺寸、形狀、位置公差;一般檢驗可按工藝文件要求或采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣件作為對照判定的依據(jù)。2.1.2. 補(bǔ)充檢驗補(bǔ)充檢驗是指一般檢驗以外的檢驗。它包括硬度檢驗、磁性檢驗、彈性檢驗、滲透檢驗、無損探傷檢驗等。2.2.2.2. 檢驗原則檢驗原則鈑金沖壓件必須進(jìn)行首件檢

25、驗、巡回檢驗和驗收檢驗;鈑金沖壓件原則上只進(jìn)行一般檢驗;當(dāng)設(shè)計圖樣或其它技術(shù)文件有具體要求時,應(yīng)進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充檢驗;批量生產(chǎn)的鈑金沖壓件,按需要可進(jìn)行抽檢或全檢,抽檢的方法一般按GB 2828和GB 2829的規(guī)進(jìn)行;全檢一般僅檢驗主要部分(包括特定的外觀要求)。2.3.2.3. 檢驗規(guī)定檢驗規(guī)定沖裁、剪切零件的外形按最大尺寸處進(jìn)行測量;內(nèi)孔按最小尺寸處進(jìn)行測量;止裂孔直徑及工藝槽口尺寸,只在展開料時檢查,零件成形后不作檢查;加工后易變形,而在裝配時能重新恢復(fù)所需幾何形狀的零件,其尺寸和形狀誤差,可在裝配狀態(tài)下測量,在自由狀態(tài)下允許超出極限尺寸。 confidentiality level: con
