Scope范圍-This procedure specifies how to report to the han dli ng office whe n atte nding surveyors are perform ingthe in specti on at the locati on of the in specti on. 4、d Final Inspecti on Report after completi on of the in spect ion.這個(gè)規(guī)程是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)員在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)如何操作和報(bào)告給辦公室，主要工作是包括匯報(bào)每天的工作進(jìn)展和檢驗(yàn)完畢后遞交最終檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告.-The in spectors should carefully read the work in struct ion and know in specti on scope in details beforeto perform the in spect ion.在檢驗(yàn)工作之前，檢驗(yàn)員必須認(rèn)真，仔細(xì)閱讀工作指令單上的具體內(nèi)容和明確知道檢 驗(yàn)工作的內(nèi)容

7、n is started.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)員每天中午前報(bào)告工作進(jìn)展，如沒時(shí)間寫報(bào)告可以電話通知.-Final in spect ion report should be prepared by atte nding surveyor with in 24 hours after completion ofthe inspection and sent to handling office on time including photos.最終檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)照片必須在檢驗(yàn)工作完成后24 小時(shí)交辦公室.2. Draft Survey水尺計(jì)重The total discharged or loaded qu

8、antity should be determined by initial and final draft survey in accorda neewith the vessel displaceme nt in atte ndance of the SGS surveyor, local CIQ/CCIC surveyor, vessel chiefofficer and other releva nt parties.SGS 檢驗(yàn)員，本地商檢局/商檢公司,船舶大副或其他檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)根據(jù)船舶輕，重排水量 計(jì)算出裝，卸貨物的重量.The survey must be con ducted m

9、eticulously, tak ing into acco unt all the prevail ingcircumstances. The draft survey consist of the“ initial ” and “ final ” surveys, whicby measurement, calculation of the vessel s displacement before and after loading or discharg ing. Thediffere nee betwee n these two displaceme nts is the weight

10、 of cargo discharged/loaded.SG_Page 3 of 24現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)員根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況，必須一絲不茍對(duì)船舶的初始和最終船舶狀態(tài)進(jìn)行觀察，測(cè)量和計(jì)算得出裝卸貨的重量2.1 Equipment used for draft survey 水尺計(jì)重通常使用的工具：-A certified draft survey hydrometer.檢測(cè)合格的密度計(jì)-Calibrated sounding tape.檢測(cè)合格的量水尺-Water finding paste.量水膏-A powerful hand torch or flash light for draft reading a

11、t night time if possible. 可能的話備照明燈或手電以備夜間用-Calculator / computer.計(jì)算器或計(jì)算機(jī)2.2 In initial draft survey 在做初水尺注意事項(xiàng)：-Identify the vessel and confirm the cargo quantity of Bill of Lading. 與船方確認(rèn)裝船數(shù)量和卸貨提單重量.-Obta in the vessel con sta nt at load ing port or previous voyage from vessel chief officer and repor

12、t tothe handing office on time if it is any discrepancy when you found.與船方了解裝港或前幾個(gè)航次船舶常數(shù).如與初尺結(jié)果差異很大應(yīng)立即報(bào)告辦公室.-Obtain the copy of the ship s particular, cargo stowage plan, bilgfeaWatecord ofvoyage. Proposed discharg in g/load ing seque nee and other required docume nts if any. 須船方復(fù)印船舶規(guī)范，積載/配載圖，本航次污水倉

13、記錄，裝/卸貨次序和其他相關(guān)文件.-Identify the position and name of all deductible liquid tanks from chief officer. 要求船方大付提供所有壓載水艙/淡水艙名字和位置.-Ide ntify the displaceme nt table, ballast water sounding table of the vessel and con firm that it is with inthe period of validity.確認(rèn)船舶排水量表，壓載水艙和談水艙表是否有效.-Copy, record and ph

Record the original figure in deductible weights.用檢測(cè)合格的量水尺對(duì)所有壓載水艙，淡水艙測(cè)深.記錄原始的扣除重量.-Collect a represe ntat

16、ive sea water sample which was from half deep of the quarter mean draft to recordthe den sity using a calibrated hydrometer.提取位于一半平均吃水，具代表水樣，用檢測(cè)合格的密度計(jì)測(cè)量密度.-As a general rule, the quantity of fuel oil, diesel and lubricating oil is to be provided by chief engin eer ofvessel without further verificati

17、 on.通常用船方輪機(jī)長(zhǎng)提供的輕，重燃油數(shù)量來計(jì)算.-Calculati on is based on the provided hydrostatic tables. 用船方提供的排水量表進(jìn)行計(jì)算.-Release the draft survey report to the vessel for their con firmati on after final draft survey. 水尺計(jì)重結(jié)束后出具水尺報(bào)告交于船方確認(rèn).-Report to the han dli ng office in cludi ng the draft survey report, etc. 報(bào)告給辦公室包

Weighing or random/check Weighing衡重和隨機(jī)/抽檢重量.-Used weigh-bridge or scale for weigh ing should be calibrated withi

Copy or totake the photos of the calibration certificate of the weigh-bridge or scale. 所用衡重地磅和秤必須檢測(cè)合格并在有效期內(nèi).復(fù)印或?qū)z測(cè)合格證拍照.-Before using, checked the weigh-bridge or scale working condition (use standard test weights ifavailable)可能的話,衡重前用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砝碼對(duì)磅稱進(jìn)行校驗(yàn).-Adjust the weigh-bridge or

20、 scale in zero and the n make sure itself is in level con diti on, clea n.衡重用磅秤須校正零位使之處于良好工作狀態(tài)，清潔干凈SG_Page 5 of 24-Record the type, brand and producer of the weigh-bridge or scale.記錄所用衡重磅秤的型號(hào)，規(guī)格和生產(chǎn)廠家.-For trucks/railway wago ns weigh ing should be weighed across same time, for gross and tare. Record

21、all weight figures, trucks/railway wag ons nu mber and times.卡車和火車皮衡重時(shí),須計(jì)錄輕/重車,衡重時(shí)間,重量結(jié)果和車號(hào).-Railway wago ns should not be weighed on the trot (while movin g). 火車皮衡重時(shí)須出靜態(tài)結(jié)果-It is recomme nded that the driver should be out of the motor cab in on each weigh ing operati on.每次卡車衡重時(shí)，司機(jī)須離開駕駛室.-For jumbo b
