4、。(3)電路性能指標(biāo)滿足如下要求:Vin 0.3cos( t) 0.7 Vn :Vout1:10 ;相位裕度45度65度; 輸入信號(hào)頻率 fjn 100MHz ;輸出電流I out 10mA2.1基本結(jié)構(gòu)及分析2.1.1.外圍電路分析指標(biāo)要求中隱含了增益要大于10倍,帶寬大于100MHZ,暫時(shí)不考慮相位裕度。如圖結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)說(shuō),根據(jù)放大器的“虛短”、“虛斷”特性,可以列出如下等式:Vin Vout VinR2 R1根據(jù)題目要求:Vi n: Vout=1:10因此,有:R1=9R2又:Iout=V in/R2=10mA,Vi n=1+0.1cos(wt)得:R2 100R1 900另外,信號(hào)中包含1V

5、直流電壓,相當(dāng)于為放大器提供了直流偏置且 Vo=10Vin=1v, 取工作電壓為單電源3v 外圍電路設(shè)計(jì)至此結(jié)束,現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行放大器內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)。2.1.2運(yùn)算放大器選型由于輸入信號(hào)的特點(diǎn),其中同時(shí)包含了直流與交流電壓,考慮到信號(hào)噪聲以及 直流電壓波動(dòng),使用差分放大電路能對(duì)共模輸入起到很好的抑制作用,因此本設(shè)計(jì) 選用差分放大電路。由于差分放大電路增益并不算高,實(shí)際中多采用Pmos有源負(fù)載 以提高增益。在這里,我們選用以電流鏡為負(fù)載的差分放大器實(shí)現(xiàn)所要求的運(yùn)算放 大器。電路如圖所示:VDDM4M3Vi1M1M2Vi2IbiasGNDNMOS器件M1和M2作為差分對(duì)管,PMOS器件M4 , M5組成電流源

6、負(fù)載。 電流Io提供差分放大器的偏置電流。其中 M1、M2參數(shù)全同,M3、M4參數(shù)全同。, 設(shè)所有管子都工作在飽和區(qū),如果 Vgs1=Vgs2,由對(duì)稱性,Id1=ld2=ld3=ld4。差分放大電路的輸入輸出有許多組合,本設(shè)計(jì)僅采用雙端輸入單端輸出,因而本 文僅對(duì)這種情況簡(jiǎn)要介紹。當(dāng)從Vi1輸入差模信號(hào),Vi2=0 (交流小信號(hào)),設(shè)Vgs1增大,貝U相應(yīng)Id1變大, Id2變小,輸出電壓Vo=Id2*Ro ;當(dāng)輸入共模信號(hào),Vgs1恒等于Vgs2,則Id2不變, 輸出電壓也不變。這樣就相當(dāng)于差模輸入放大,而共模輸入抑制。F面對(duì)具體參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。2.2工藝參數(shù)提取重要工藝參數(shù)并沒(méi)有在本設(shè)計(jì)使用

23、實(shí)也證明用這樣一級(jí)差分放大要達(dá)到指標(biāo)還是相當(dāng)困難的,多次修改參數(shù)后, 任然沒(méi)有達(dá)到理想的效果。參考文獻(xiàn)【2】中對(duì)這種情況進(jìn)行了介紹。2.5二級(jí)密勒補(bǔ)償運(yùn)算放大器二級(jí)密勒補(bǔ)償運(yùn)放是一種性能相對(duì)優(yōu)越的結(jié)構(gòu),由于采用兩級(jí)放大,能夠提供 相當(dāng)大的增益,而帶寬可以通過(guò)RC反饋網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行一定的調(diào)節(jié),這樣一來(lái)可以達(dá)到最 大GBW。于是采用如下電路對(duì)放大器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。VDD(P Iref1Iref2Vi1M1M2Rz , CcVo1丨111 'E2 1111 M4S12M6M301 3GND第一級(jí)GND第二級(jí)I負(fù)載如圖所示,PMOS M1、M2為一級(jí)差分放大,NMOS M3、M4做鏡像電流源負(fù) 載,PMO
