4、（一）商務(wù)報(bào)章雜志文章的界定 商務(wù)報(bào)刊雜志文章是指有關(guān)金融、貿(mào)易、財(cái)政、市場、創(chuàng)業(yè)、管理等題材的敘述或評論性文本，一般包括報(bào)紙、商業(yè)雜志以及其他商務(wù)類讀物中的新聞報(bào)道、綜述、分析評論、專業(yè)論文、案例分析、年度報(bào)告等。 這些報(bào)紙和雜志譬如英文的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家( The Economist)、商業(yè)周刊( Business Week)、金融時(shí)報(bào)(Financial Times)、紐約時(shí)報(bào)(New York Times)等，中文的商業(yè)時(shí)代（原名商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究）、財(cái)經(jīng)、中國合作經(jīng)濟(jì)、中國農(nóng)資、中國市場等。這些報(bào)章雜志上的文章通常都是最為常見的商務(wù)報(bào)章雜志文章。 （二）商務(wù)報(bào)章雜志文章的主要功能 商務(wù)報(bào)章雜志文章

26、s markets after jointing the World Trade Organization two years ago. 白馬戶外媒體公司的成功得益于兩年前中國加入世界貿(mào)易組織后開放其市場以來整個(gè)中國發(fā)生的變化。 3語氣特點(diǎn)及其在翻譯中的把握 商務(wù)報(bào)章雜志文章既然包括商務(wù)報(bào)道和商務(wù)論文，那么其語氣偏于正式。從上文的用詞特點(diǎn)、語法特點(diǎn)和句式結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，我們可以看出，由于使用商務(wù)術(shù)語較多，語法和句式結(jié)構(gòu)比較規(guī)范，所以它們表現(xiàn)出的語氣也就比較正式。譬如下面的一段英文雖然句式結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡單，但語氣還是相當(dāng)正式的，那么翻譯的時(shí)候，應(yīng)該注意要傳達(dá)出原文的語氣。要做到這一點(diǎn)，一般要使用漢語中的正

27、式詞匯和文言詞匯來取代口語詞匯和白話詞匯。 例13： There are a number of steps for member states to follow when bringing a case before the WTO dispute settlement system. First, members in disagreement over a given issue are required to take part in consultations. If consultations fail to settle a dispute, the member which
