9、ance of steel plate thickness shall be of 0.0 mm.4. 技術(shù)要求 Technical specification4.1 牌號(hào)和化學(xué)成分 Brand name and chemical composition鋼板牌號(hào)為IE537-2 鋼板的化學(xué)成分煉熔分析應(yīng)符合表1 的規(guī)定The brand name of steel plate is IE537-2, the chemical composition of steel plate (ladle analysis)shall comply with table 1.2表 1 鋼板的化學(xué)成分(煉熔分

15、ting of steel products .厚度方向拉伸試驗(yàn) SA-537-S22 按SA-770-S1 S2 S3 中的規(guī)定進(jìn)行抗拉強(qiáng)度不小于550MPa 屈服強(qiáng)度不小于415MPa 斷面收縮率不小于55% 扁平試樣Through-thickness tension test (SA-537-S22) shall be conducted based on SA-770-S1,S2,S3, the tensile strength shall not be less than 550MPa, the yield strength shall not be less than 415MPa

16、, percentage reduction in area shall not be less than 55%( flat coupon).34.4 無損檢測 NDE超聲檢測 UT SA-537-S8,S111. 鋼板應(yīng)逐張按 SA-435/SA-435M 的要求進(jìn)行超聲檢測The UT examination shall be done for each steel plate according to SA-435/SA-435M.2. 鋼板應(yīng)逐張按 SA-577/SA-577M 的要求進(jìn)行超聲檢測The UT examination shall be done for each st

17、eel plate according to SA-577/SA-577M.3. 上述超聲檢測若低于 JB4730 中的I 級(jí)要求應(yīng)逐張按JB4730 的要求進(jìn)行超聲檢測且質(zhì)量等級(jí)為I 級(jí)If the UT examination requirements are lower than grade I specified in JB4730, the UT examination shallbe conducted for each plate according to JB4730 and the qualified grade is grade I.4.4.2 磁粉檢測SA-537-S9當(dāng)

18、采購單規(guī)定鋼板帶焊接 坡口制備時(shí)其經(jīng)機(jī)加工坡口表面應(yīng)按SA-20-S9 的要求進(jìn)行100%磁粉檢測不允許有任何缺陷存在If there is a requirement for preparing weld bevels of steel plates in purchase order, the machined bevels shall be of 100% MT examination according to SA-20-S9 and any defect shall not be allowed existed.4.5 表面質(zhì)量 Surface quality鋼板的表面質(zhì)量按 SA-

19、20 中的規(guī)定且鋼板不得進(jìn)行焊接修補(bǔ)The surface quality of steel plates shall be as per SA-20, and the weld repairing for steel plates shall not be allowed.4.6 供貨方應(yīng)按每爐批號(hào)在除赤道板 2SR 極中板2SR 和赤道備用板2SR 外的任意一張球殼板上 1SR 取樣進(jìn)行模擬焊后熱處理試驗(yàn)PWHT 條件為1SR 560 20 4.5Hr 經(jīng)焊后熱處理的母材力學(xué)性能仍須滿足表 2 的要求供貨方應(yīng)按每爐批號(hào)在赤道板2SR 極中板2SR 和赤道備用板2SR 任意一張上取樣進(jìn)行兩次

20、模擬焊后熱處理按爐批號(hào)在支柱用板的任意一張上取樣進(jìn)行兩次模擬焊后熱處理PWHT 條件為2SR 第一次580 10 2.5Hr 第二次560 20 4.5Hr經(jīng)焊后熱處理的母材力學(xué)性能仍須滿足表2 的要求The steel plates supplier shall do the simulating PWHT test sampled from any one plate except equator plates(2SR), polar middle plates(2SR), and spare equator plates(2SR) according to each stove batc

21、h number, the PWHT condition is 1SR: 560 20 4.5Hr, the mechanical properties of mother material after PWHTshall be comply with the specification in Table 2; The steel plates supplier shall do the simulating PWHT testsampled from any one plate of equator plates(2SR), polar middle plates(2SR), and spa

22、re equator plates(2SR)according to each stove batch number, the PWHT condition is 2SR: the first cycle is 580 10 2.5Hr, thesecond cycle is 560 20 4.5Hr ,the mechanical properties of mother material after PWHT shall be complywith the specification in Table 2;5.0 復(fù)驗(yàn)規(guī)則 Re-inspection principle5.1 鋼板應(yīng)逐張檢

23、驗(yàn)驗(yàn)收 The steel plates shall be inspected and accepted one by one.5.2 復(fù)驗(yàn) Re-inspection鋼板拉伸 彎曲試驗(yàn)兩者之一不合格或兩者均不合格時(shí)可進(jìn)行加倍取樣復(fù)驗(yàn)加倍取樣試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果必須全部合格When one of the tension test and bending test is not qualified or both, double sampling can be done forre-inspection, the test result of double sampling test must be qu

24、alified wholly.6.0 標(biāo)記和質(zhì)量證明書 Tag and quality certification6.1 凡檢驗(yàn)合格的鋼板 應(yīng)逐張以適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒?biāo)記下述項(xiàng)目All qualified steel plates after inspected, the following items shall be marked for each plate using reasonablemethod:1 牌號(hào)所有的鋼板都應(yīng)表明1SR 或2SRBrand name(1SR or 2SR shall be indicated for all plates)2 產(chǎn)品號(hào)鋼板爐批號(hào)Product No
