3、NSTRUCTION11一工程概況 Project Overview揚巴二期改擴建工程合同號C435， 1區(qū)施工范圍如下，由土建、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)備、工藝管道、電氣儀表、防腐及保溫等專業(yè)。BASF-YPC Integrated Petrochemical Site Project II contract No.C435, the work scope of Area 1 is comprised of CSA, steel structure, equipment, process piping, electric instrument, coating and insulation.Area 1：

5、y worked out for cold weather construction to guarantee the project safety and quality; cold weather construction will involve the following disciplines in accordance with the work scope.1區(qū)冬季施工主要有： 土建（土方工程、鋼筋工程、混凝土工程、防腐工程）、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、預制廠管道等。南京地區(qū)冬季溫度在0 至-6，持續(xù)時間相對較長。為確保工程進度、冬季施工的工程質(zhì)量和施工安全，參加施工的各施工班組要根據(jù)本工種特點，

6、認真按照冬季施工技術(shù)措施來施工。The disciplines involved in Area 1 are CSA (earth work, concrete work and coating), steel structure, pipe fabrication, etc. The average winter temperature for Nanjing area is kept between -6 and 0 in Nanjing, and duration is comparatively long, so each construction team shall strictl

12、nstruction16現(xiàn)行的相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范及設(shè)計圖紙 Current relevant technical specifications and drawings.三冬季施工前的準備工作 Preparation before cold weather construction1 冬季施工開始和結(jié)束的日期應(yīng)以氣溫條件為準，即當室外晝夜平均氣溫低于+5， 且最低氣溫低于0時，即轉(zhuǎn)入冬季施工，當次年初春連續(xù)七晝夜不出現(xiàn)負溫時， 方可轉(zhuǎn)入常溫施工。各施工隊要提前做好寒流到來前的防凍工作。根據(jù)以往的經(jīng)驗，寒流到來時氣溫變化突然并伴有大風、雨雪天氣， 溫度大幅度下降，對施工尤為不利。各施工隊要密切注意冬施

13、前和冬施結(jié)束時的天氣預報以及現(xiàn)場實測大氣溫度紀錄，現(xiàn)場需要開始安排專人進行大氣測溫，并做好記錄，質(zhì)量檢查員現(xiàn)場進行監(jiān)督檢查，切實做好提前進入冬施的工作準備。The start date and end date for cold weather construction is defined as per actual temperature, it starts with the average outdoor temperature of day and night below +5 and the lowest temperature under 0.and ends with the

A good preparation is essential.2 對商品混凝土攪拌站提出技術(shù)要求，必須提前做好采暖與保溫工作，以保證冬施期間砼施工的正常進行。攪拌站試驗室開混凝土配合比等有關(guān)工作也應(yīng)執(zhí)行冬施的有關(guān)規(guī)定?；炷翐郊油饧觿r應(yīng)指定專人負責，不得由他人隨意配制。Set up t

17、ion.3 工程冬季施工基槽、管溝土方開挖、混凝土施工，為節(jié)約能源，降低成本，采用蓄熱法保溫和養(yǎng)護。開挖后的土方、管溝采用棉氈和草袋保溫覆蓋。Heat storage insulation and curing shall be applied for the excavation of foundation trench, pipe trench and earth to save energy and cost. The excavated earth and pipe trench shall be covered with blankets and straw bags.4 做好技術(shù)準

18、備工作，進入冬季施工前，要由工地技術(shù)人員向有關(guān)班組作一次冬施工作的技術(shù)交底，在重要部位施工時要針對工程的特殊情況做好冬施措施和安全施工交底。Make enough technical preparation. Make technical classification before construction.四冬季施工主要材料準備Preparation for main material of construction in cold weather冬季施工主要材料應(yīng)根據(jù)圖紙及設(shè)計變更的工程量確定。其中， 混凝土外加劑（ 早強劑、防凍劑等）的用量要根據(jù)圖紙工程量及試驗室提供的配合比來確定， 塑料布、棉氈、草袋等保溫材料可根據(jù)設(shè)計圖紙等相關(guān)工程量提前進行準備。各種施工機械在進入冬季施工前，要備好冬季所用的防凍液和冬季用油。冬季施工輔助材料草袋， 棉氈，蓬布，塑

21、料布， 腳手桿，白鐵皮，防凍劑按實際需要確定，早強劑按實際需要確定，溫度計，所列冬施材料僅供參考，實際需要材料品種和數(shù)量以現(xiàn)場實際發(fā)生量為準。其中防凍劑、早強劑用量根據(jù)混凝土用量及摻加量由商品混凝土攪拌站統(tǒng)一考慮。 Main material should be based on drawings and design changes. All materials listed above only for reference. The actual needs are subject to the actual amount happening on site. Besides, antifreeze, ea

24、rly strength agent should be determined by commercial concrete mixing plant.五主要施工技術(shù)措施Main technical measures for construction（一）土方工程冬季施工Cold Weather Construction for earthwork1土方開挖：工程主要土建基礎(chǔ)、地下給排水管線，土方開挖工程量較小。宜采取人工開挖，采用撬棍、鋼釬、尖鎬施工。Excavation: with small amount of work for main civil foundation, underg

25、round pipeline for water supply and drainage, excavation by hands should be adopted, using crowbar, drill rod, pick.（二）鋼筋工程冬季施工Cold Weather Construction for rebar1鋼筋在加工、運輸、綁扎過程中，要注意防止撞擊、刻痕等缺陷。Attention should be paid to prevent defects, such as impact nicks etc. occurred in processing, transportatio

26、n and banding.2冰雪天要采取護蓋措施，防止鋼筋表面結(jié)冰瘤。在混凝土澆筑前，應(yīng)清除鋼筋上的積雪、冰屑，必要時用熱空氣加熱，綁扎完畢后盡快進入下一道工序。Protecting cover should be used if there is ice and snow to prevent icing on steel surface. 27、ing.3在負溫下承受靜荷載的混凝土構(gòu)件中，主要受力鋼筋的選用原則：當溫度較底時可選用、級熱軋鋼筋，不宜采用冷拔低碳鋼絲、冷扎帶肋鋼筋。 the principle of selection for main bars inside the concrete structures withstanding static load: use, grade hot-rolled steel bars not cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire, cold rolled ribbed steel bars.4鋼筋冬季焊接工藝要求：閃光對焊時，宜采用預熱閃光焊或閃光-預熱

28、閃光焊；增加調(diào)伸長度， 采用較底變壓器級數(shù)， 增加預熱次數(shù)和間歇時間。電弧焊時， 增大焊接電流， 減低焊接速度， 電弧幫條焊或搭接焊時，第一層焊縫應(yīng)從中間引弧，向兩端施焊；以后各層控溫施焊，層間溫度控制在150350 之間。多層施焊時，采取回火焊道施焊。雪天現(xiàn)場不宜焊接作業(yè)，必須施焊時，應(yīng)采取有效遮蔽措施。焊后未冷卻接頭不得碰到冰雪。Requirements of steel welding in cold weather: for flash butt welding, it is desirable to use preheating flash welding or flash preh

29、eating flash welding; increasing extension length, use lower transformers class, increase preheats frequency and interval. For Arc welding, increase the welding current, reduce the welding speed, for arc welding or lap welding, the first layer of weld should start from the middle to both ends; the o

30、ther layers welded by controlling temperature between 150-350 . For Multi-layer welding, take temper bead. Its better no welding work during snow weather, if it is necessary, effective measures for shelter should be taken. Joints shall not run into snow or ice if not cool after welding.（三）混凝土工程冬期施工C

31、old Weather Construction for concrete1 混凝土冬期施工時，混凝土采用蓄熱并摻外加劑、上部覆蓋的方法養(yǎng)護，同時搭設(shè)擋風墻圍護，覆蓋采用鋪一層聚氯乙烯薄膜保濕，然后覆蓋棉氈和草袋保溫。Cure by heat storage and additive with upper cover. 32、ation.2 在冬期施工開始之前，在基坑或基槽東北側(cè)（主風向）采用搭設(shè)擋風墻，可采用鋼管腳手架和篷布搭設(shè)，搭設(shè)擋風墻時要注意，基坑、基槽與擋風墻之間要留有足夠的空間， 同時要注意圍護嚴密、不透風，并綁扎牢固。Put up wind walls in the northeast side of Pit or groove (main wind direction) with sufficient space in between and with windproof. 3 材料（混凝土采用商品混凝土，所使用材料的儲存、攪拌、運輸由攪拌站及入模前的混凝土保溫由攪拌站控制）material (co

33、ntrolled by batching plant prior to usage)1）、水泥使用前要運入暖棚內(nèi)存放。Store in greenhouse prior to usage2）、混凝土組成材料加熱溫度要根據(jù)需要混凝土拌合物的最終溫度按計算確定，混凝土的溫度要控制在35以內(nèi)，冬季施工期間用砂中不得含有直徑大于1cm 的凍塊，不得使用凍灰膏、凍灰漿。The heating temperature of concrete compositions should be calculated according to the final temperature of mixture con

Frozen blocks with diameter of more than 1cm, cold gray paste or frozen mortar are not allowed to use.3）、組成材料要優(yōu)先考慮加熱水，（ 加熱方法由商品混凝土站統(tǒng)一考慮）當水加熱達不到要求溫度時， 考慮對砂石加熱， 當石子干燥無凍塊時， 可只加熱砂子。混凝土澆筑時間應(yīng)盡量選在上午9：00 以后， 下午16： 00 以前氣溫較高的時間，澆筑完畢要及時覆蓋保溫。, for heating, first hot water, (heating method t

It must be promptly covered for insulation upon finishing pouring.4）、在混凝土冬季施工中，應(yīng)在混凝土拌制過程中，摻入一定量的化學外加劑，如調(diào)節(jié)混凝土凝結(jié)、硬化性能的早強劑；改善

36、混凝土抗凍的防凍劑等。Chemical additive, such as early strength agent and antifreeze, is recommended. 5）、根據(jù)規(guī)范要求化工生產(chǎn)裝置的砼不得使用氯鹽或含氯鹽的復合早強劑和防凍劑。根據(jù)大氣負溫度不同，選擇不同的摻量，因此要求商品混凝土攪拌站提前做試配。在進入冬季施工前，攪拌站對所選用的外加劑要進行鋼筋銹蝕試驗、7d 抗壓強度試驗和堿含量試驗， 以及7天、28 天強度比試驗， 并按照相關(guān)規(guī)范要求做見證試驗。According to specification, concrete with early strength

37、agents and antifreeze contenting chloride salt or salt chlorine compound is not allowed to use for Chemical production equipment. Mixing test should be done in advance. Corrosion tests for reinforcement, 7d pressure strength test and alkali contents tests should be conducted for additives, and as we

38、ll as 7 days, 28 days strength ratio test and witness testing in accordance with the relevant regulations.4混凝土攪拌、運輸、澆筑、養(yǎng)護要求requirements for concrete mixing, transport, pouring, curing1）、攪拌時要先投入砂石和水拌合，然后再投入水泥拌合，不得將水泥與熱水直接攪拌，以免產(chǎn)生假凝。攪拌時間比常溫季節(jié)延長50， 嚴禁將帶有凍團和冰雪的砂石裝入攪拌機內(nèi)。商品混凝土攪拌站對混凝土攪拌運輸冬施要求按照規(guī)范規(guī)定來控制。When

Stirring time should be 50% longer than normal. Gravel with ice and snow or frozen ball is not allowed to put into agitator.2）、嚴寒季節(jié)澆筑混凝土要對運輸機具進行適

40、當?shù)淖o蓋保溫，盡量縮短運輸距離和裝卸次數(shù)，澆筑時要快澆快蓋， 工作面盡量縮小，以減少熱損失。隨時對混凝土入模溫度采用溫度計測溫。Appropriate insulation for transport vehicles; shorten transport distance and reduce handling times, quick pouring and cover; narrow working area to reduce heat loss. Constantly detect temperature. 3）、混凝土澆筑后要隨時測量入模溫度，并及時做好保濕保溫覆蓋，先覆蓋一層塑料

41、布來保濕， 然后再覆蓋一層棉氈或草袋來保溫，各層要相互搭蓋嚴密，敷設(shè)后要注意防潮和防止透風。After pouring, constantly measure temperature of concrete into the mold. Well do the covering work for keeping moisture and insulation timely. First covered with a layer of plastic sheeting for keeping moisture, and then covered with a layer of cotton fe

42、lt or straw bags for insulation, put layers tightly. After that, pay attention to moisture proof and ventilate.（四）鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工措施Work of steel structure1、刮風、下雨雪時，主要的柱梁焊接應(yīng)搭設(shè)擋風、雨雪棚，否則停止焊接作業(yè)，待雨雪停后清理干凈再進行焊接作業(yè)。When it winds or snows, sheds should be put up for welding of main columns.2、焊縫處積存的冰雪應(yīng)徹底清除干凈。 Snow accu

43、mulation at welding joints should be thoroughly cleaned.3、焊接焊口時，應(yīng)用火焊把適當加熱，焊接必須連續(xù)焊完，不應(yīng)中途停止。When welding weld joints, appropriately heat with holder. Welding must be one-time finished without stop in midway.4、焊后藥皮的清除，應(yīng)在焊縫溫度降低后進行。Removal of coating should not start until cooling down after welding.5、焊縫

44、焊接后，嚴禁在低溫下矯正其變形或用大錘敲擊焊縫。After welding, prohibit the correction of the deformation at low temperatures or percussion of weld using a sledgehammer.6、焊材庫和焊條發(fā)放站應(yīng)注意對室內(nèi)濕度的監(jiān)測，增加除濕設(shè)備除濕。Welding Electrodes library and distribution points should pay attention to monitoring the indoor humidity. Increase the deh

45、umidification equipment.7、焊條應(yīng)裝入性能良好的焊條筒內(nèi)才能進入現(xiàn)場，現(xiàn)場嚴禁敞口。焊條在筒內(nèi)存放時間以2-3 小時以內(nèi)為宜。超過時間應(yīng)及時退換。Electrodes should be loaded into quivers with good performance. Prohibit exposure on site. The storage time should be no more than 2-3 hours. Otherwise, they should be promptly changed for new ones.8、高強螺栓接頭安裝時構(gòu)件摩擦面不

46、得有積雪結(jié)冰，不得接觸泥土、油污等贓物when install high-strength bolt connector, there shouldnt be snow ice on the friction surface of the parts. No contact with soil, oil or other dirt（五）鋼結(jié)構(gòu)除銹、刷油漆、保溫作業(yè)的控制Work control of rust removal, painting and insulation for steel structure1、除銹作業(yè)應(yīng)與刷底層油漆同步，否則應(yīng)重新除銹。Rust removal shou

47、ld be synchronized with painting bedding, otherwise should be re-do.2、在環(huán)境濕度85% ，或下雨、下雪，則應(yīng)停止室外作業(yè)。If the environmental humidity 85%, or it rains or snows, outdoor work should suspend.3、刷面漆前應(yīng)檢查確認底漆表層干燥。Prior to painting finishing coat, check to make sure the surface of the base coat dry.4、在低于-5時不宜刷油。Be

48、low -5 , no brushing of oil.5、冬季刷油宜在有太陽天氣，上午9：00 到下午3：00 時施工。油漆工程冬期施工， 材料需加催干劑， 應(yīng)選則晴天干燥無風天氣施工，禁止用熱風吹油漆面，以免油漆面凝結(jié)水珠。油漆層基層應(yīng)干燥。Painting work should be done on sunny from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. drying agent should be added. Prohibit blow with hot wind to avoid condensation of drops on paint surface. Base co

49、at should be dry.（六）管道工程施工Pipe work1）、冬期施工時，除管道施工正常的準備工作外，還要準備足夠的保溫材料，包括施工保溫用料和臨時設(shè)施的防寒用料，保溫用料采用棉氈（阻燃型）， 施工防寒可采用阻燃蓬布搭設(shè)暖棚。Prepare sufficient insulation materials, including insulation materials of cotton blanket (flame retardant type) for construction and greenhouses put up with fire-retardant sheetin

50、g for temporary facilities.2）、冬期焊接工藝管道時，要嚴防管道焊口急劇冷卻，焊接施工時要搭設(shè)防護棚，做好防風防雪措施，同時清除施焊部位附近管道上的冰雪， 堵住焊接管道的兩端管口，不使管內(nèi)空氣形成對流。When welding, prevent rapid cooling of weld joints, put up protective shelters, take precautionary measures for snow and wind, while remove ice and snow on pipes near the welding positio

51、ns, block both ends of the pipe being welded to avoid internal air convection.3）、當氣溫在5以下時，要將管端1015cm 以上的范圍預熱至150200， 并在預熱停止后立即施焊，焊接后蓋上40cm 寬石棉帶， 防止焊縫驟冷。當氣溫在15以下時，為保證工程質(zhì)量，不宜進行焊接施工。When the temperature is below -5 , preheat areas no less than 10 15cm of pipe ends to 150 200 , upon preheating, immediat

52、ely weld. Upon finishing, cover asbestos tape of 40cm wide to prevent quenching of weld joints. When the temperature is below -15 , in order to ensure work quality, it is not suitable for welding work.六、冬季施工期間的安全生產(chǎn)措施Safety measures for cold weather construction1嚴格認真執(zhí)行項目管理公司冬季施工安全生產(chǎn)有關(guān)規(guī)定。進入冬施期間要對所有參與現(xiàn)

53、場施工的人員進行安全教育，提高安全防護意識。對施工人員的住所、飲食、及現(xiàn)場環(huán)境衛(wèi)生定期檢查，避免住所隨便使用電器設(shè)備并防止電纜漏電，發(fā)生人員傷害事故，創(chuàng)造良好的工作和生活環(huán)境，以保證健康的身體。Scrupulously implement the safety requirements for cold weather construction by Management Company. 54、on of construction personnel, catering, and site sanitation regularly.2道路、腳手架、梯子、平臺等要有防滑措施（設(shè)防滑條）。Anti-skid measures for roads, scaffolding, ladders, and platforms (set anti-slip section).3 冬季吊裝作業(yè)前要仔細檢查清掃吊件上的積雪、積冰，防止吊裝索具打滑，路面積雪及時清除。Prior to lifting work, double-check and clean snow on hanging pieces of snow.
