1、分享兩篇SCI發(fā)表的經(jīng)歷三年前對于我來說SCI就是天書一樣，在我踏進博士的門檻后我以為自己進入了地獄，也糾結(jié)也彷徨，整天刷蟲友們對于博士、SCI的帖子，我選擇了蟲友們鼓勵的那一局部來鼓勵自己繼續(xù)前行。我告訴自己堅持就是勝利，當然那是積極的堅持。在好幾月之前就有這個想法，今天早上收到第二篇的接收通知后，我便想今天一定要在小木蟲上謝謝那些給予我?guī)椭南x友們。 話不多說，我把自己這兩篇投稿的經(jīng)歷與大家共享，希望能給大家?guī)硪稽c點用處。第一篇發(fā)表在FitoterapiaCover letterDear Editor Verotta:We would like to submit the manuscr

15、勁。投稿后二個月左右便有消息，小修后提交，第二天便接收了！那是因為這篇文章是歷經(jīng)磨難后的，之前投了和，其中第一個期刊當天就給我回復(fù)了，那肯定是悲劇的！編輯所謂的與該期刊不符，但我認為主要是因為文章寫的太垃圾，那是我第一次寫而且是沒有任何人指點的情況下，可想而知會有多爛。隨后這篇文章放了將近一年，填補了寫數(shù)據(jù)，又投了第二個期刊，編輯委婉的拒了但給我修改重投的時機。我按照審稿人的意見和建議修改了幾個月后重投補數(shù)據(jù)，重新整結(jié)構(gòu)框架，僅次于重寫，結(jié)果悲劇了。而且不是因為修改的問題，而是說我的文章檔次太低，缺乏以在上發(fā)表，我當時暈倒怎么不早說，害我這么長時間的重修。不過現(xiàn)在想想假設(shè)不是重修在下次的投稿中

16、又怎能如此順利呢？所以說所有的努力都不是白費的！第二篇投了Journal of Ethnopharmacology，相比第一篇這個稍有磨難。也是差不多兩個月的樣子收到修改意見，修改后提交一直不見動靜，等兩個月左右的時候我有點不住了，編發(fā)了一封催稿信，之前看論壇里說忌諱催稿，但也看期刊吧，Journal of Ethnopharmacology的編輯第二天便給了修改建議還是要修改，原因是第一次修改是一個審稿人的，由于另外一個審稿人一直沒給才拖到第二次。也沒方法，只能再改！這次相比照擬快點，每到一個月便通知接收了。Journal of Ethnopharmacology與別的期刊不同，有一份Aut

37、#215;×××× on RNA expression is not dose dependent, rather different doses of ×××××× has opposite effect ( Fig 6 A, E,K), means that protein level of this gene could provide the missing links. According to me protein level along with RNA level could p

38、rovide an insight to the mechanism of ××××××.        We agree with this point. We have actually tried quantitative analyses of relative proteins to further clarify mechanism, as well as Western-Blot experiments. These efforts, however, failed due to

39、the technical difficulty of removing the lipid composition which seriously interfere the accuracy of protein quantification. After the optimization and improvement of the extraction for quite a long time, the experimental result was still not satisfactory. However, we believe our present results cou

40、ld fairly although not perfectly support our main conclusions. Anyway, we changed several interpretations of the present results to adequately discuss the mechanisms of ××××××。2. In the conclusion, the authors claimed that " the possible mechanism involves an anti

41、oxidative ability.". According to the Table 4 data, it is evident that lipid peroxidation of ×××××× 120 and 300 are same ( insignificantly different) but corresponding antioxidant enzyme activities were significantly differ between them.       

42、The inconsistent results between antioxidant enzyme activities and lipid peroxidation might need some explanation. As we know, the composition of the lipid peroxidation which includes many other components (Loidl-Stahlhofen and Spiteller, 1994) except malondialdehyde might have been changed under &#

43、215;××××× 300 treatment. Moreover, the antioxidant mechanism of different drugs in various organisms is completed according to previous studies (Galano et al., 2021; Qian et al., 2021). We just speculate that the anti-fibrotic effect might be related with the antioxidant abi

44、lity of the ×××××× based on the data, while the preliminary conclusion needs further experimental verifications. We have made corresponding modification on the conclusion in our manuscript. 3. I am confused with the duration of ××××××

45、in animals. Induction of cirrhosis was done by subcutaneous injection of CCl4 for 8weeks. Simultaneous administration of drug was performed for 8weeks. Can I assume that the action of drug is to prevent the induction of cirrhosis rather than therapeutic effect?The experiment only verified the preven

46、tive effect rather than the therapeutic effect. We will consider the therapeutic effect in the next experiment. We have corrected the description in the article to avoid misunderstanding4. The figures and Tables are not explained in order, in the main text.We have carefully checked the whole text an

49、d give better perception.We are sorry about the mistake. Actually, we used petroleum ether in the experiment.8. Tests like Indocyanine green plasma disappearance rate/ monoethylglycinexylidide test would be more sensitive tests for liver functionWe selected the indicators and methods for liver funct

50、ion evaluation according to the published literature on animal experiments (Li et al., 2021; Mu et al., 2021; Takahashi et al., 2021; Tipoe et al., 2021). They are also well accepted as indicators in this field. Indocyanine green plasma disappearance rate/monoethylglycinexylidide test are mainly in

51、clinical use. We will consider its application in our further studies.9. The mechanism of ×××××× is not properly discussed.We have endeavored to sort out the mechanism of ×××××× via further revision of the corresponding discussion. The auth
