24、可以等他講完一句時馬上插進(jìn)去說:"Excuse me, who is that speaking?"他會回答你名字,你記下來,然后問他"Where are you from,please?"知道他是哪國人.然后問他"What is the matter with you?"然后他會說關(guān)于哪方面的,通常打電話過來的都是最近和你電郵聯(lián)系過的,極少是新客人.如果名字和國家你能想起或者馬上在郵箱查找出是和你聯(lián)系過的,你就能馬上知道他會講哪方面問題啦,如果想不起來,那就聽他講一下是關(guān)于哪個問題的,如果你聽到了,但是不太明白講的什么,你重復(fù)他的話
25、給他聽,那他會對你說的表示出"Yes"或"No"然后你再繼續(xù)提問.(為找到這個人聯(lián)系的相關(guān)郵件來了解他可能要講的內(nèi)容,以及引導(dǎo)他按照你的思路談下去)。4.在你判斷出你是否能夠了解他說的,如果可以繼續(xù),如果不可以你就說"我了解您講的,但是請你再發(fā)一封郵件確認(rèn)一下"I understand what you said, but could you send an email to me to confirm, please?"然后問他是否知道郵箱地址,不知道你就告訴他,請他發(fā)過來.(這個其實(shí)也是不懂裝一下懂,如果你聽不懂不要不停
26、的說 No, I don't know.或否定的詞,你就聽,然后要求他發(fā)郵件.目的當(dāng)然是郵件能夠看得更清楚他要表達(dá)的,也是避免客人流失)。5.如果通過國名人名沒找到相關(guān)郵件,問一句他是否先前有發(fā)過郵件給你"Have you sent the email to me before?"然后注意聽"YES"還是"NO"(這個是方便查找,即使當(dāng)時沒找到,現(xiàn)在找到他的郵件也不遲,回復(fù)時不要忘記加上一句"Thanks for your calling.")。6.最后要說上一句Glad to speak with you

Good-bye!(最后是禮節(jié)性的了)。講話中,要注意的問題:1.你不要自己心里有包袱,認(rèn)為自己英語不好,從而沒辦法認(rèn)真聽對方講的.(反正英語是不好,你就當(dāng)是聽不懂,能聽一個是一個,就算全聽不懂沒人知道這通電話對吧)。2.你的語速很重要,你最好一個詞一個詞吐出來,一是方便對方聽二是他會有意識的將語速放慢。3.以上的用詞都很簡單,但是自己大腦要有一定的條理。向國外客戶打電話的最佳時間這是我自己整理的一個時間表,主要排序依據(jù)是當(dāng)?shù)氐淖飨r間, 一般我選的是客戶當(dāng)?shù)貢r間上午9:30-11:30左右,這個時候應(yīng)該是最佳時間。8:00 美國的西部地區(qū),如洛杉磯、西雅圖、舊金山。 以及加拿大的溫哥華(
28、這個時間是當(dāng)?shù)乜煜掳嗟臅r間,只能打電話,發(fā)郵件效果不佳,和下午發(fā)沒差別)9:00 及以后2小時 日本,韓國10:00 及以后2小時 東南亞部分地區(qū)(馬來西亞、印尼、越南、泰國、柬埔寨)12:00 及以后2小時 印度、尼泊爾、孟加拉13:00 及以后2小時 巴基斯坦14:00 及以后2小時 阿聯(lián)酋14:30 及以后2小時 伊朗、科威特15:00 及以后2小時 沙特阿拉伯、俄羅斯莫斯科附近地區(qū)16:00 及以后2小時 以色列、土耳其、烏克蘭、羅馬尼亞、希臘、芬蘭、南非、保加利亞17:00 及以后2小時 匈牙利、奧地利、瑞典、克羅地亞、捷克、德國、瑞士、荷蘭、比利時、阿爾及利亞、尼日利亞、法國、西班牙18:00 及以后2小
