Consequently, proper ventilation must be provided to the tanks during all operations to keep the “Low

17、藝的執(zhí)行不需船東書面許可。1.17 Any subcontractor selected by the builder to carry out all or part of the tank coating operations detailed in the specification, shall be well qualified and experienced, and shall provide the necessary amount of skilled labor to enable all requirements of the specification, the Mar

21、 howsoever caused. All repairs are to be executed to the satisfaction of the owners superintendents, and in accordance with the method described in this Coating Procedure. Technical Matters 技術(shù)事項(xiàng)3.1 Intended cargoes for loading should be compatible with the specified two-component SI

25、LOXIRANE based coating system.裝載的液貨必須與本雙組分SILOXIRANE油漆相容。Intended Cargo 可裝載貨品Clean petroleum products, vegetable and animal oils as compatible with the Cargo Resistance Guide.可裝載貨品清單中容許的干凈的石油產(chǎn)品、植物和動(dòng)物油。3.2 Scaffolding 腳手架3.2.1 The staging planks shall be of frame/grid type eliminating the possibility

26、 for blasting media to be entrapped in voids. The staging construction shall be properly designed to avoid planks over-lapping in order to eliminate blasting media to be trapped between the planks.采用格柵形式的腳手架鋪板,以防沖砂磨料的殘留。合理搭設(shè)腳手架,避免鋪板重疊,以防沖砂磨料殘留在重疊的鋪板之間。 特涂工藝CARGO TANK LINING PROCEDURE 第6頁 共31頁3.2.2 A

27、ll staging is to be erected so that it will leave a clear distance of at least 150mm, but not further than 300mm from all bulkheads and structures to be blasted and coated. The distance between the levels and the top level and overhead shall be such as to ensure safe and comfortable reach to all are

28、as to be coated. A distance of approx. 1800-2000mm would for safety reasons be desirable. The staging must not contact any surface that is to be treated. The ends of all tubular staging poles are to be capped prior to the commencement of blasting work. The capping of staging poles to be done by use

29、of either rubber or plastic caps. Taping is no acceptable as it will not withstand the blasting recoil and blasting media will accumulate inside the poles and cause continuous contamination during the tank coating operation.需沖砂和油漆的艙壁及結(jié)構(gòu),與腳手架保持至少200mm間距,但不超過300mm。層間高度要能確保安全,并方便油漆施工,出于安全考慮,理想的高度為1800-

31、 nets to be provided to permit safe working and inspection to all surfaces.安裝適當(dāng)?shù)陌踩鍪趾桶踩W(wǎng),確保施工和檢查工作的安全。3.2.5 The owner reserves the right to demand improvements to the construction and safety of any staging, as well as access to the surface. In case requested improvement of the staging, whether it ma

32、y be for safety or poor access to surfaces, owner reserve the right to delay further inspection until satisfactory improvement has been carried out and accepted by owners superintendents.船東有權(quán)要求對(duì)腳手架的安全性和有效性進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。一旦提出了改進(jìn)的要求,無論是關(guān)于安全性或是有效性,船東均可推遲檢查,直至改進(jìn)工作達(dá)到船東滿意的程度。3.2.6 Staging to remain in place until t

33、he tank has passed final coating inspection on the overhead and walls. The staging is then to be carefully removed from the tank without damage to the coating. Prior to removal of the staging, the tank top, the inside of the main hatch coaming and the surrounding overhead areas shall be protected wi

34、th rubber sheeting. During the de-staging operation one experienced member of the tank coating team is to be present in the tank to immediately repair any damages that may occur on the vertical and overhead areas. Directly after repair and touch up of the damages, tape with weak adhesives should be

36、ake one vacuum hose available for cleaning during de-staging to clean remaining dust and debris.用真空吸砂機(jī)清除腳手架拆除過程中殘留的灰塵和雜質(zhì)。3.3 Outfitting Protection舾裝件的保護(hù)3.3.1 The heating coils should not be introduced in the tanks before tank top coating completion. For obvious reasons the following SUS pre-outfitte

37、d items should, prior to pre-blasting, receive oxidative passivation and thereafter protected by rubber sheeting. Cargo drop lines, cargo drop line supports, heating coil supports, vertical and inclined ladders. It is very vital that these items are carefully protected in order not to have any conta

38、ct with the blasting medium (copper slag), as it can contain up to 30% iron and would therefore negatively affect the quality of the stainless steel. After main-blasting is completed and accepted and prior to coating application, the protection on the pre-outfitted SUS items shall be completely remo

39、ved and taken out of the tank. However, no minimum DFT to be specified.不銹鋼吸油井需施以沖砂,做與周圍相同的油漆,不規(guī)定最低干膜厚度。3.4 Rain/dust protection 雨水/灰塵的防護(hù)3.4.1 Sturdy shelters are to be provided to all main

41、 access hatches. In addition, water guards are to be installed around entrance holes of the tank to prevent rain water from entering the tank. Rain shelters are to be maintained erected at all times. The shelters shall be capable of preventing dirt, dust, moisture, water and other contaminants from

42、entering the tank and thereby contaminating the immediate entrance area. The shelters are to be of sufficient size to allow personnel to remove and store wet weather clothing outside of the tanks. No wet weather clothing is to be taken into the tanks. The floor area shall consist of wooden grating t

43、o prevent contamination from foot traffic entering the tank. 44、TANK LINING PROCEDURE 第8頁 共31頁3.4.2 Entrance holes to the tank, other than the main access hatches, are to be protected in such a way that ventilation can be supplied, but protection is provided to eliminate the risk of such contaminants as described above, to enter the tank.主艙口以外的其它洞口要采取保護(hù)措施,使其能夠用來

45、通風(fēng),而避免上述污染物進(jìn)入艙內(nèi)。3.4.3 On completion of the blasting operations the shelters shall thoroughly cleaned.沖砂施工結(jié)束后,擋雨棚要徹底清潔。3.4.4 No ventilation or extraction hosing shall be installed in the main access hatch, so as to provide safe and easy entry and exit from the tank.為確保安全和方便出入,風(fēng)管不得通過主艙口。Note:Any blast

46、ed surface or partially cured coating film that comes into contact with water as a result of inadequate protection being provided as detailed above, shall be re-blasted without any discussion.注意:任何沖砂后的表面或未充分固化的油漆表面,一旦由于上述保護(hù)工作不善而接觸到水,必須進(jìn)行返沖。3.5 Temperatures 溫度3.5.1 All temperature values mentioned in

48、.5.3 If the ambient conditions are such that there could be any doubt as to the ability of the supplied equipment to be able to maintain a continuous minimum temperature of 15, then the owners superintendent or coating manufacturers representative shall have the right to delay the application of coa

49、tings operations until the builder has demonstrated his ability to continuously maintain a minimum temperature of 15 over the preceding twenty four hour period.如果設(shè)備能力不能連續(xù)的確保15以上的環(huán)境條件,船東或油漆廠商代表可以推遲油漆施工,直到船廠證明其有能力24小時(shí)不間斷的保持溫度在15以上。3.5.4 The upper temperature limit when coating will be permitted shall

50、be determined by the coating manufacturer with regard to his particular product. Generally this temperature should not be above 35. Where high temperatures are present due to the heat of the sun, the application of the coating shall be delayed until night time, or until the temperature has been redu

The minimum uniform steel sur

53、face temperature required for the curing of system shall be 80. This minimum temperature is to be continuously maintained to all surfaces for the period detailed in the coating manufacturers product data sheets. At higher temperatures, the forced heat curing time can be reduced and details for perio

54、d at other temperatures that the minimum are detailed in the coating manufacturers product data sheets. 55、05。3.6.2 In case that the steel temperature is found to be below 80, the coating manufacturer should provide guidance as for how much extra soak time is required to ensure that the coating system is completely cured. The coating manufacturer will provide temperature recordings measured during the fu

56、ll period of the forced heat curing to owner superintendents.一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼板表面溫度低于80,油漆廠商要提供指導(dǎo),明確需要多少額外的保溫時(shí)間。油漆廠商向船東提供熱固化的全過程記錄。3.6.3 Any period when the temperature during the heat curing cycle falls below the minimum required shall not be admissible as counting towards the heat curing period. Thus, this in
