1、新目標(biāo)英語八年級上冊Unit6教案Unit 6 Im more outgoing than my sister.Period 1 Section A ( 1a - 1c )教學(xué)目標(biāo)知識和技能:學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)人物的特點(diǎn)單詞以及學(xué)習(xí)人物比較的重要句型。本堂課掌握的重點(diǎn)詞匯是outgoing、calm、 wild等描述人物性格及比較人物的形容詞和形容詞比較級句型;領(lǐng)會形容詞比較級的用法,培養(yǎng)運(yùn)用形容詞比較級的口頭表達(dá)能力。過程與方法:運(yùn)用照片和真人比較領(lǐng)會形容詞比較級的用法,并通過典型例詞概括形容詞比較級的變化規(guī)則。情感態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀:通過本課的知識學(xué)習(xí),使學(xué)生在介紹朋友時(shí)要尊重朋友,實(shí)事求是地評價(jià)自己及朋

2、友,從而更好的珍惜朋友之間真實(shí)而美好的友誼。內(nèi)容分析本節(jié)課教學(xué)內(nèi)容為新目標(biāo)英語八年級上冊第六單元Section A (1a-1c),承接上一單元的邀請?jiān)掝}談?wù)撊宋飩€(gè)性特征和比較人物,學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容主要體現(xiàn)在以下三點(diǎn):1、學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)人物特點(diǎn)的單詞:tall, thin, short, heavy, calm, wild, long hair, short hair.2、學(xué)習(xí)人物比較的重要句型:(1)Pedro is taller than Paul.(2)Sam has longer hair than Tom.3、掌握語法點(diǎn):形容詞的比較級學(xué)生分析1、利用多媒體上英語課,學(xué)生視聽感受明顯,表現(xiàn)出極大興

3、趣,在欣賞和享受中學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)效果很明顯。2、 描述人物特征在七年級已經(jīng)學(xué)過,通過問答”What do they look like?“,復(fù)習(xí)舊知,學(xué)生能自然而然進(jìn)入新課學(xué)習(xí)。3、學(xué)生以前接觸過形容詞的比較級和最高級,如good-better-best, many-more-most, little-less-least,這為本節(jié)課學(xué)習(xí)奠定了很好的基礎(chǔ),理解起來更為容易。教學(xué)重點(diǎn)學(xué)生能夠?qū)θ宋锿饷策M(jìn)行描繪,個(gè)性進(jìn)行比較。教學(xué)難點(diǎn)形容詞比較級的規(guī)則變化和不規(guī)則變化;形容詞比較級的用法。教學(xué)手段chant; multi-media; body language; listening practice

4、;pattern-drills; question-answer drills.教學(xué)過程Step 1: Warming up1. Greetings and brief introduction2. Chant ( Good , better , best)Good, better, best,Never let it rest,Till good is better,And better is best.(課前熱身,活躍氣氛,輕松學(xué)習(xí)。)Step 2: Lead-inShow a photo of the twins, and learn the word “twins”,Then ask

5、students to read a small article by Lucy and guess who Lucy is .Hello, everyone . My name is Lucy and my sisters name is Lily , Lily is older than me ,We are twins but I am different from Lily.First ,Im more outgoing than Lily. Second, Lily is more serious than me. By the way, I like smile. Can you

6、guess who am I?Repeat the words “older”、“ more outgoing”、“more serious”. Tell the students that this class we will study how to talk about personal traits and compare people.(由雙胞胎的圖片引出關(guān)于人物性格特征的形容詞及其比較級,導(dǎo)入本節(jié)課學(xué)習(xí),為呈現(xiàn)新課做鋪墊。)Step 3: RevisionRevise the adjectives describing peoples appearance and personal

Show some photos about famous persons, ask and answer “What do they look like?” to review the words “tall, short, thin, heavy, long hair, short hair”.Then look at the pictures of Zhang Fei and Zhang Liang to learn the new words ”wild“and”calm“.(通過觀看潘長江、劉翔等名人圖片,找出圖中人物不同點(diǎn),復(fù)習(xí)已學(xué)過內(nèi)容,自然延伸到新課學(xué)習(xí),起到承上

Using the pictures to learn the comparatives, like:Yao Ming is taller than Jordan.Zeng Zhiwei is sorter than Liu Huan.Fei Mao is heavier than Liu Huan.Sun Yanzi is thinner than Lin Xinru. etc.2. Get Ss to have a summary and introduce the rules of the comparative degree

9、of adjectives.規(guī)則變化構(gòu)成方法原級比較級單音節(jié)詞和部分雙音節(jié)詞一般在詞尾加-ertalltaller以字母e結(jié)尾的詞,加-rfinefiner重讀閉音節(jié)詞詞尾只有一個(gè)輔音字母時(shí),先雙寫這一輔音字母,再加-erthinbigthinnerbigger以“輔音字母+y”結(jié)尾的雙音節(jié)詞,先把“y”改為“i”,再加-er。heavyheavier多音節(jié)詞和部分雙音節(jié)詞在詞前加more或mostoutgoingmore outgoing不規(guī)則變化原級比較級good/wellbetterbad/badlyworsemany/muchmorelittlelessfarfartherfurthe

Ask them to listen carefully and number the pairs of twins (1-3) in the picture.Play the tape for the
