8、t,shortestconstructiondurationandreliabletechnologytoelaboratetheliftingconstructionmethod,constructionmaterialsandliftingsequence.我方于20007年7月19日用ATF110-5110t吊車將PM21-FB001/002/003連帶運(yùn)輸鞍座水平的吊裝到16.4m層，暫時(shí)存放在5/6軸線與A/D軸線之間，其具體放置位置如下圖所示：OnJuly19,2007,CNI23liftedtheequipmentsPM21-FB001/FB002/FB003togetherwi

13、ng2ndlifting,thein-positionofPM21-FB001shouldbedonepriortoPM21-FB003,ortherewillbenospacefortheturnoverofPM21-FB003.吊裝要求LiftingRequirements中建已經(jīng)將25.63m的鋼梁安裝完畢。Thesteelbeamon25.63melevationhasbeeninstalledbyCSCECandisqualifiedthroughacceptance.吊裝設(shè)備用的吊架制作完畢并檢驗(yàn)合格。Liftingsupportsheavedfabricatedandinspec

14、tedrightly.將3個(gè)吊架安裝到25.63m層鋼梁上，吊架上的吊耳分別位于3個(gè)設(shè)備的就位中心。Liftingthethreeliftingsupportson25.63msteellayerbeamsandinstallationonbeams,maketheluglocateoneachequipmentpositioncenter.在每臺(tái)設(shè)備吊裝之前安裝好頂部盲板吊具。Blindplateliftingtoolshouldbeinstalledproperlybeforeliftingequipment.25.63m層的鋼梁與吊架上的倒鏈拴掛完畢。在鋼梁與鋼絲繩圈之間墊一層厚橡皮墊或

18、ethod在設(shè)備的頂部與尾部兩端連接倒鏈，倒鏈的另一端連接在拴掛在25.63m鋼梁上的鋼絲繩圈上，通過倒鏈將設(shè)備翻轉(zhuǎn)豎立，然后移位到安裝位置就位，等安裝好彈簧吊具后，拆除倒鏈，完成整個(gè)設(shè)備的安裝就位過程。Fixchainblocktotheequipmenttopandend;connecttheotherendofthechainblocktotheironroperingonthe25.63msteelbeam;turnandsettheequipmentuprightbychainblock,thenmovetheequipmenttotheinstallationlocation;af

19、terthespringliftingtoolisinstalled,removethechainblock,thencompletetheentireequipmentinstallationandin-positionprocess.25.63m層吊架焊接Liftingsupportweldingatthe25.63mfloor.待土建鋼結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)位完成，檢查合格以后，我們即可25t以上吊車將3個(gè)吊架吊到PM21-FB001/002/003鋼結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)的橫梁上面，吊架距離5軸線1250mm平行擺放，將吊加立柱與鋼梁段接固定。安裝位置如圖4所示，吊架的具體計(jì)算見后。Uponcompletionof

23、的盲板，安裝盲板吊具，。在N1法蘭面與盲板吊具之間需墊上一層薄膠皮，防止損壞N1法蘭面。盲板吊具用28個(gè)M30的鍍鋅螺栓安裝，鎖緊墊圈與螺母。在拆除N1法蘭盲板到盲板吊耳安裝完畢的過程中注意不要污染設(shè)備內(nèi)表面。RemovetheblindplateofflangeN1,andinstalltheblindplateliftingtool.PadalayerofthinrubbercushionbetweentheflangeN1faceandblindplateliftingtooltopreventdamagetoflangeN1face.Theblindplateliftingtoolis

24、installedby28galvanizedM30bolts.使用爬梯，在設(shè)備頂部的位于水平方位（設(shè)備0與180方位）的兩個(gè)吊耳上分別各連接2個(gè)5t倒鏈，在盲板吊耳上連接一個(gè)20t倒鏈，在設(shè)備的尾部吊耳上連接一個(gè)10t倒鏈。Useladdertofixtwo5tchainblockstoeachofthetwohorizontalliftinglugs(atdirectionof0and180oftheequipment)ontopoftheequipment;fixone20tchainblocktotheliftinglugoftheblindplate,andfixa10tchainb

27、gtheequipmentPM21-FB002upright拆除尾部翻轉(zhuǎn)倒鏈。Removetheturningchainblockattherear通過連接在設(shè)備頂部的4個(gè)5t倒鏈?zhǔn)筆M21-FB002的中心位于安裝中心。PuttheequipmentPM21-FB002centerinpositionbyfour5tchainblocksfixedontheequipmenttop拉緊20t倒鏈，使其逐步承受PM21-FB002的全部重量。Tightthe20tchainblocktomakeitbearalltheweightofPM21-FB002gradually.調(diào)整設(shè)備方位與設(shè)備標(biāo)

28、高，使其施工圖紙上的要求相一致。Adjusttheequipmentlocationandelevationaccordingtotheconstructiondrawing.在設(shè)備上的兩外兩個(gè)吊耳上（設(shè)備90與270方位）安裝彈簧吊具。Fixspringliftingtoolstothetwoliftinglugs(atthedirectionof90and270)ontheequipment.掛設(shè)好安全帶，拆除連接在PM21-FB002設(shè)備本體吊耳上的4個(gè)5t倒鏈。Fixtheliftingbeltssecurelyandremovethefour5tchainblocksfixedtot

43、0t倒鏈提升PM21-FB003，使其標(biāo)高滿足安裝要求。ContinuetoliftPM21-FB003totheappropriateelevationbyusing20tchainblocktomeettheinstallationrequirement.在設(shè)備本體90與270方位的兩個(gè)吊耳上安裝彈簧吊具。Installspringliftingtooltothetwoliftinglugsatthedirectionof90and270withtheequipmentbody.拆除連接在25.63m層的4個(gè)5t倒鏈。Removethefour5tchainblocksonthe25.63

44、mfloor.現(xiàn)場清理Clearsite用三防布包裹好掛設(shè)在吊架上的2個(gè)20t倒鏈和1個(gè)10t倒鏈。Parceltwo20tchainblocksandone10tchainblockhangoverliftingsupportswiththreeguardcloths.拆除其他所有的倒鏈。Removeotherchainblocks.恢復(fù)第一次吊裝時(shí)拆除的燈具與報(bào)警器。Resumethelumpsandalarmremovedforthefirstlifting.清理吊裝現(xiàn)場，整理清理吊裝工機(jī)具設(shè)備。Clearliftingsite,cleanupliftingtools.注：吊架與掛設(shè)在其
