3、位。近四年來，“中心”共接受福建省委組織部、人事廳、引智辦等有關廳局以及省內285家國有、合資、民營企業(yè)的委托先后承辦了63個培訓團組和92個商務考察、招商引資、產品展銷團組共約1500余名的各級公務員、專業(yè)技術人員和企業(yè)高層管理人員赴境外學習培訓、招商引資或進行產品推介活動。同時，“中心”還應用中央賦予的優(yōu)惠政策，積極開展“中小企業(yè)國際市場開拓資金項目”的推廣運用，共舉辦各類培訓班17期，培訓各類企業(yè)管理人員581人次。作為全省唯一的外派勞務考試中心，四年來“中心”先后培訓、考試不同工種的外派勞務人員約24110人次。2004年以來，“中心”開始承辦商務部下達的援外人力資源開發(fā)項目，至200

4、9年底共先后承辦了包括越南南定、芹苴、林同三省干部培訓班、服裝制作技術培訓班、外向型經濟專題研修班、經濟規(guī)劃研修班、婦女能力建設研修班、發(fā)展中國家城鎮(zhèn)經濟發(fā)展與規(guī)劃分析研修班、約旦民防管理官員研修班、津巴布韋經濟管理官員研修班、阿富汗婦女能力建設研修班、貿易救濟措施官員研修班、也門投資總局投資合作研修班、貿易壁壘應對官員研修班、發(fā)展中國家投資與合作管理研修班、拉美、加勒比國家促貿官員研修班、尼日利亞基礎設施建設培訓班、尼日利亞雙邊貿易促進研修班、也門聯(lián)合工商會專題研修班等在內的27期援外培訓班，共有來自80多個發(fā)展中國家的731名各國政府官員、專業(yè)技術人員在閩研修學習。除此之外，我們還承接了阿

5、拉伯國家貿易投資研修班等近30個援外培訓團組的638名各國政府官員來閩考察任務。項目內容介紹本期服裝技術培訓是提高層次的專業(yè)技能培訓。根據學員的特殊性設計理論教學，加強針對性，力求內容精辟、易于掌握；加大實踐動手操作比例，注重開發(fā)學員應用知識的能力和發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造性思維的能力；實行小班教學，每個學員都能得到專門輔導。通過培訓，使學員進一步提高成衣行業(yè)技術工人必備的樣板制作和服裝縫制技術，并掌握基礎服裝款式圖設計技術，學會在現代服裝企業(yè)中相關的新設備、新技術、新材料的運用；掌握服裝企業(yè)生產管理和質量檢驗方面應具備的知識和技術要求。通過本期培訓班的學習實踐，學員應獲得獨立作業(yè)和進一步自學的能力，并成為本

10、_ About the Operator Fujian Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Officials Training Centre (hereinafter referred to as “the Centre”) operates directly under Fujian Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. It is the provincial authority for personnel training and continuing

11、education in foreign trade, oversea labor certification and human resource development projects for developing nations. In the last four years, we have successfully facilitated 63 oversea workshops at the request of Organization Department, Personnel Department and other administrations of the provi

12、nce as well as 92 trade missions at the request of 285 state-owned enterprises, joint ventures and private companies. More than 1500 civil servants, professionals and senior managers were sent abroad for training, investment attraction and product marketing. Besides, we have organized 17 seminars wi

13、th the International Marketing Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises. 581 managers from small and medium enterprises have attended these seminars. As the only authorized oversea labor examination center of the province, we have certified 24, 110 oversea workers in a variety of professions in the pas

14、t four years. Since 2004, we have been running human resource development projects for developing nations under the direction of Ministry of Commerce.
