23、訴我就行。2) My parents HYPERLINK dont care what job I do as / so long as Im happy.我父母對我從事什么工作無所謂,只要我開心就好了。Step 11 Revision: nouns名詞專項復習:名詞有可數(shù)與不可數(shù)之分,有數(shù)和所有格的變化,在句中可以作主語、賓語、賓語補足語、表語、同位語等。1. 可數(shù)名詞與不可數(shù)名詞很多情況下,我們可以依靠 HYPERLINK 常識(即用數(shù)數(shù)的辦法)來判斷英語名詞是否可數(shù)。比如,book, table 都是可數(shù)名詞而water是不可數(shù)名詞。一般來說,在英語中物質(zhì)名詞和抽象名詞都是不可數(shù)名詞,如
24、flour, rice, beauty, pleasure, money等。學習名詞必須區(qū)分其是否可數(shù) HYPERLINK 。只有可數(shù)名詞前才可以使用數(shù)詞和不定冠詞。值得注意的是,有時同一個單詞所指不同,其數(shù)的概念也就不同。例如,paper作“紙”解時為不可數(shù)名詞,表示“報紙”和“試卷”時是可數(shù)名詞;fish 指“魚肉”時是不可數(shù)名詞,表示“魚”時是可數(shù)名詞,只不過通常是單復數(shù)同形;coffee做“咖啡”解時是不可數(shù)名詞,表示“一杯咖啡”時是可數(shù)名詞。2. 名詞的數(shù)對于可數(shù)名詞數(shù)的變 HYPERLINK 化,一要掌握規(guī)則變化,即名詞后面加-s或者-es的情況;二要掌握不規(guī)則變化,包括man-m
25、en, woman-women, foot-feet, tooth-teeth, mouse-mice, child-children等;三要掌握單復數(shù)同形的單詞,如sheep等。除此之外,還應注意以下幾點:21世紀教育網(wǎng)版權(quán)所有1) 在一般情況下,復合名 HYPERLINK 詞的單復數(shù)形式體現(xiàn)在最后一個名詞上,如a pencil box-pencil boxes, a girl student-girl students。但是如果是由man或woman構(gòu)成的復合名詞,如a man doctor, a woman teacher,其復數(shù)形式則為men doctors, women teache
26、rs。2) 有些名詞往往以復數(shù)形式出 HYPERLINK 現(xiàn),如trousers, glasses(眼鏡),在表示數(shù)量時需要借助量詞,如a pair of trousers, three pairs of trousers。3) 有些名詞表 HYPERLINK 示復數(shù)概念,往往作為一個整體看待,如police, people。這些單詞沒有復數(shù)形式。但是其后面的謂語動詞卻多為復數(shù)形式。例如:The police have caught the thief. Many people have seen the film. 如果要表達單個數(shù)量只能換用其他單詞。例如:“一名警察”是a policema
27、n / policeman,“一個人”可以是a person, a man, a woman等。不過要注意,people作“民族,種族”解時,是可數(shù)名詞,復數(shù)形式是peoples。3. 名詞的所有格名詞的所有格一般采用名詞后 HYPERLINK 加s的形式,如a childs dream, someones bag;以- s結(jié)尾的復數(shù)名詞的所有格直接加即可,如the boys schoolbags。所有格表示的是所屬關(guān)系,采用s結(jié)構(gòu)的多為有生命的名詞。如果是無生命的名詞,多采用“of+名詞”的方式表達。例如:the window of the house房子的窗戶the end of the
28、year年底the gate of our school我們學校的大門注意,a friend o HYPERLINK f my fathers 與my fathers friend的含義不同,前者含有“我父親有不止一個朋友”的意思,而后者沒有這一含義。4. 名詞的句法功能名詞的句法功能指名詞可以充當?shù)木渥映煞?,常見的有?) 主語The flight takes about thirteen hours. 航程需要大約13個小時。Mr Wang teaches us English. 王老師教我們英語。2)賓語Many people were helping the old man when I passed. 21cnjycom我路過的時候,許多人在幫助這位老人。He has become very interested in chess recently. 最近他對國際象棋產(chǎn)生了很大的興趣。3) 賓語補足語We all call him Xiao Li. 我們都叫他小李。4) 表語My younger brother is a policeman. 我弟弟是警察。名詞還可以用作同位語、呼語等。如:Mr Wang my nei HYPERLINK ghbour, h
