11、mployee violates customs, traditions, and lows ofand/or terms of this Agreement. The employee shall shoulder the repatriation expenses back to the Philippines.a.雇用人終止合同:雇傭方可以以如下正當(dāng)理由終止合同: 嚴(yán)重過(guò)失。故意違反 雇用人的合法指令,習(xí)慣性的疏于職守,曠工,透露公司商業(yè)秘密,當(dāng)被雇傭人違反 風(fēng)俗、傳統(tǒng)和穩(wěn)定,以及本合同的條款,被雇傭人自負(fù)遣返回菲律賓的費(fèi)用Termination by Employee: The emp

12、loyee may terminate thisContractwithout serving any notice to the employer for any of the following justcauses: serious insult by the employer or his representative, inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the employee by the employer or his representative, commission of a crime/offense by the emp

Employer shall pay the repatriation expenses back to the Philippines.b.被雇傭人終止合同:被雇傭人可以如以下正當(dāng)理由在任何情況下直接終止合 同:被雇傭方及其相關(guān)人欺凌,雇用人或其相關(guān)代表人對(duì)被雇傭人的殘忍不公的 對(duì)待,雇用人或其相關(guān)代表人的犯罪行為,在以上情況下,雇用人應(yīng)支付被雇傭 人返回菲律賓的費(fèi)用。 X 1 1CX i ,b.1The employee may terminate this contract without just cause by servi

15、未 收到任何通知,被雇傭人有權(quán)要求雇用人承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任。在此種情況下,被雇傭 人需承擔(dān)返回菲律賓的一切費(fèi)用。Termination due to Illness: Either party may terminate the contract on the ground of illness, disease or injury by the employee. The employer shall shoulder the cost of repatriation.c.因疾病終止:雙方皆可以被雇傭人的疾病、受傷而終止合同。雇用人需承擔(dān)遣返費(fèi)。Settlement of disputes: Al

16、l claims and complaints relative to the employment contract of the employee shall be settled in accordance with the Company policies, rules and regulations. In the case the employee contests the decision of the employer, the matter shall be settled amicably with the participation of the Labor Attach
