Best wishes,MarkPart Two【知識(shí)拓展】拓展點(diǎn) 產(chǎn)品目錄樣品 樣品種類詢 盤 報(bào)價(jià)單1. 詢盤 詢盤(Enquiry):又叫詢價(jià),是指買方按需要向賣方進(jìn)行的意向性訂購詢問活動(dòng),可分為口頭、書面、電子郵件并附帶相關(guān)資料等幾種詢問方式。(有點(diǎn)拗口,改了下)根據(jù)詢盤涉及的內(nèi)容可將其分為一般詢盤(General Enquiry)和具體詢盤(Specific Enquiry)兩類:一般詢盤:只是簡單的闡述購買的信息,沒有具體的產(chǎn)品信息

37、(具體的和詳都是一個(gè)意 思,重復(fù)了),按供應(yīng)商自己的最低起訂來報(bào)。具體詢盤:往往都會(huì)列出產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)資料,如尺寸、型號、功能、相關(guān)的參數(shù)、顏色、起訂量、單價(jià)等明細(xì),同時(shí)可能會(huì)附上圖片或圖紙。 2. 樣品 樣品(sample):在外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)過程中,樣品能讓買方更直觀的了解產(chǎn)品的外觀、質(zhì)量和性能等,在促成外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)中發(fā)揮了很重要的作用。賣方業(yè)務(wù)員在寄樣品時(shí)應(yīng)考慮本公司的定位和拓展策略,對潛在客戶進(jìn)行深入的分析判斷、了解客戶索樣的用途,來判斷是不計(jì)成本寄送樣品,還是量入為出與客戶溝通共同承擔(dān)寄樣品費(fèi)用(如讓對方承擔(dān)運(yùn)費(fèi)),或者是拒絕寄樣品。在寄樣品時(shí),賣方業(yè)務(wù)員應(yīng)與客戶仔細(xì)確認(rèn)樣品型號規(guī)格等,選取的樣品要

39、idery/Printed Sample)、輔料樣(Accessory Material Sample)等。 產(chǎn)品目錄(catalogue):產(chǎn)品目錄是用來介紹公司產(chǎn)品的小冊子,在現(xiàn)代外貿(mào)交易中也可以使用e-catalogue (電子產(chǎn)品手冊) 來介紹公司產(chǎn)品。不管是傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)手冊還是電子手冊,catalogue一般應(yīng)包含這樣一些內(nèi)容:公司簡介、產(chǎn)品名稱、產(chǎn)品圖片、產(chǎn)品描述(規(guī)格、型號、材質(zhì)等)、聯(lián)系方式等;如果客戶有要求或自己認(rèn)為有必要,還應(yīng)在catalogue中加入產(chǎn)品單價(jià)或價(jià)格范圍。產(chǎn)品目錄可以使賣方非常全面快速準(zhǔn)確地了解買方產(chǎn)品,并按照自身需求對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行比對選擇。4. 產(chǎn)品目錄 報(bào)價(jià)單
