4、duresStep1. Warm-up Greet the whole class as usual. Revise the new words and check the previewStep2 Lead-in Brainstorming : Revise the nouns that students have learned (pencil,book,box,schoolbag ,dictionary,pen,key,map,ruler.etc) let For example:T : Class! Look at each picture that I will show you a

5、nd say the word that each picture stands for.Lets have a PK between boys and girls.2、Revise “Wheres this ? It is a/an”T: Do you know what these things are ? Look at the first one. Whats this in English? Ss: Its a pen/an orange.Then let the students ask and answer with some real objects or picters in

S1: What this in English ?S2: Its a/an .Step 3 Present the new words Teacher show the new words by using the pictures , let students work in pairs to study new words and correct the students pronunciation with pictures.T: Class, look at the new words on the screen. Can you read the words by y

7、ourselves? Whats this in English?Ss:Its a book/dresser/bed/table.etc. 1.Show a picture of a bed and a bookcase.T: Whats this? Its a bed. “BED”. Read after me.
