2、學(xué)的展開和英語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革帶來(lái)了諸多的不便,給學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)帶來(lái)了阻礙。為此外語(yǔ)教學(xué)部在學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)下開始對(duì)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革進(jìn)行分層教學(xué)的研究和實(shí)踐。新生入學(xué)進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)測(cè)試,然后按不同層次制定相應(yīng)的教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、教材內(nèi)容與教學(xué)要求根據(jù)不同層次之間學(xué)生的差異,制定相應(yīng)的教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、采用不同的教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)要求,以達(dá)到較有效的學(xué)習(xí)效果。2. 測(cè)試大綱 隨著近幾年高校不斷地?cái)U(kuò)大招生,學(xué)生層次、地區(qū)差別等因素對(duì)教學(xué)帶來(lái)了一定的負(fù)面影響。我院的學(xué)生主要來(lái)自于自主招生、三校生高考、上海普高高考和全國(guó)統(tǒng)考。由于目前各地區(qū)的中學(xué)、中職外語(yǔ)教學(xué)水平有差異。導(dǎo)致同一自然班中學(xué)生的外語(yǔ)分?jǐn)?shù)相差幾十余分,有時(shí)甚至一百余分??紤]到高

3、職高專學(xué)生英語(yǔ)入學(xué)水平的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行入學(xué)英語(yǔ)測(cè)試,按學(xué)生的測(cè)試成績(jī)實(shí)施分層教學(xué)。分層教學(xué)不僅僅是一種教學(xué)法,更應(yīng)是一種教學(xué)思想,真正從根本上承認(rèn)并尊重學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異,同時(shí)利用學(xué)生差異使教學(xué)活動(dòng)得到優(yōu)化分層教學(xué),體現(xiàn)了教育的“全體性”、“全面性”、“主動(dòng)性”和“差異性”??荚嚪绞綖楣P試,測(cè)試語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和讀、譯、寫等技能。試題總分為100分,其中客觀題70分,主觀題30分。客觀性試題有信度較高。覆蓋面廣的優(yōu)點(diǎn),而主觀性試題有利于提高測(cè)試的效度,能更好地檢測(cè)考生運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言的能力,為此本考試采用主客觀題混合題型,以保證良好的信度和效度。考試時(shí)間為100分鐘。3. 測(cè)試樣題上海市電子信息職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院新生
