通過對三種孔徑膜制得的清汁的主要營養(yǎng)成分及理化指標進行分析比較,結(jié)果得出:采用無機陶瓷膜除菌技術(shù),可以有效避免哈密瓜瓜汁加熱殺菌造成的香氣變質(zhì)問題,在達到除菌效果的同時,較好的保持鮮榨果汁的品質(zhì)。結(jié)論
