eRAcommons注冊Grants,gov注冊/webeRAcommons注冊Grants,gov注冊/web/grants/applicants.html.dbGaP數(shù)據(jù)庫申請步驟說明【dbGaP數(shù)據(jù)據(jù)簡介】基因型和表型數(shù)據(jù)庫(dbGaP,)是國立衛(wèi)生研究院(NIH)贊助的用于歸檔、精選和發(fā)布由調(diào)查基因型和表型間相互作用的研究所產(chǎn)生的信息的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫。該數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄的資料來自由NIH資助的全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析(genome-wideassociationstudy,GWAS)結(jié)果。dbGap是有NCBI開發(fā)并負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)的數(shù)據(jù)庫,該數(shù)據(jù)庫主要存放外顯子測序和DNA測序數(shù)據(jù)，以研究表型和基因型之間的對應(yīng)關(guān)系為主要目的。目前dbGaP數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄的數(shù)據(jù)來自25個(gè)研究項(xiàng)目，用戶可以通過疾病名稱或基因名稱進(jìn)行搜索、瀏覽。為了保證研究項(xiàng)目的機(jī)密性，dbGaP數(shù)據(jù)庫只接受“去識別(de-identified)”的數(shù)據(jù)，同時(shí)還要求使用個(gè)人資料(individual-level)的研究者接受審核。不過，用戶可以不受任何限制的瀏覽研究文件、操作流程和項(xiàng)目問卷調(diào)查等資料。申請數(shù)據(jù)無需繳納費(fèi)用，只需申請賬號，然后申請欲下載數(shù)據(jù)的下載權(quán)限,下載相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)，使用SRAtoolkit對下載數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行解壓，并生成對應(yīng)格式文件。dbGaP數(shù)據(jù)庫是一個(gè)關(guān)于基因型和表型的individual-leveldata數(shù)據(jù)庫。dbGaP數(shù)據(jù)庫的申請有兩種方式，一是申請eRAcommons賬號，二是NIH賬號(僅供美國NIH內(nèi)部人員使用)。SAM注冊
