16th.Theemployerinstitutetherulesofsafetyproductionbasedontherelatednationallegislationandregulation.Theemployeeabidesbytherulestopreventtheinjuriesandoccupationaldangers.Violationoperationisforbidden.

17th.Theemployershouldestablishandimprovetheoccupationaldiseasepreventingsystem,developthemanagementofoccupationaldisease,andimprovetheabilityofpreventingandcuringoccupationaldisease.

8.Revocation,TerminationoftheLaborContractandCompensation

18th.Therevocation,terminationandextensionofthelaborcontractoftwopartiesshouldunderthegoverningof<LaborlegislationofPeople’sRepublicofChina>andotherrelatedNationalregulationsorregulationsofBeijing.

19th.Theemployershouldprovidethecertificateofterminationoflaborcontracttoemployeewhentherevocationor

terminationofthiscontractoccurs.Theemployershouldtransfertheemployee’sprofileandsocialinsurancewithin15days.

20th.Theemployeeshouldcarryoutthehandoverofhisworkasagreedbytheparties,andpaythecompensationduringthehandoverifnecessary.

9.OtherAgreementsoftheParties

21st.Thefollowingadditionaltermsareagreedbytwoparties:Theemployerhastheauthoritytoswitchtheworkingpositionoftheemployeeaccordingtotherequirementofcompany.Simultaneously,thetransfer-positionformshouldbeattached

inthecontract.

22nd.Ifdisputationhappenswhenperformingthecontract,eachpartycanturntoconciliationboardinindustrialdisputeof
