我國是一個有五千年文明史的國家，有著悠久的文化傳絕和無數(shù)的文化瑰寶。我們的前輩從中華民族輝煌燦爛的文化，為世界作出過不可磨滅的貢獻。歷史的車輪把我們載到世紀(jì)之交的今天，作為文化傳播的教師擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)社會主義現(xiàn)代化要求的一代又一代有理想、有道德、有文化的有紀(jì)律的公民的艱巨任務(wù)，祖國和人民對教師也提出了要求，要求每個教師都要樹立起獻身教育，教書育人的信念和決心。社會主義的教育事業(yè)，既是偉大、崇高的事業(yè)，又是平凡、瑣碎的事業(yè)；既是為祖國和人民謀幸福的事業(yè)，又是需要付出艱苦勞動的事業(yè)。這里，沒有令人羨慕的財富和權(quán)利，沒有顯赫一時的聲名和榮譽，也沒有悠閑自在的舒適和安逸。因此，作為一名人民教師，就必須具有對社會主義教育事業(yè)的熱愛和忠誠，具有將自己的知識，才華、青春和生命奉獻給這一事業(yè)的信念和決心。人們把教師比喻成“園丁”?！跋灎T”“綠蔭”“人梯”“鋪路石”，歌頌的就是這種獻身精神。雖工作不久，我卻親眼目睹了老師門的愛崗、敬業(yè)、奉獻等作為，親耳聆聽了不畏艱苦，牧牧不倦、潛心奮斗于育人工程的感人事跡，親身感受了那為了祖國和人民，為了孩子和為了真誠奉獻的博大情懷。在學(xué)校青年教師座談會，新教師結(jié)對子會議，教研活動中，在學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)文件，組織系列講座等一切工作里，我感到了學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對老師的關(guān)心和培養(yǎng)。同樣，在學(xué)校繁忙的工作和并不太多的報酬中，我看到了老師們的奉獻和忠誠。在學(xué)校的榮譽室里,面對各種各樣的表彰和獎勵，我又看到老師們的辛勞和學(xué)生的進步成長。忘不了已有華發(fā)的老教師們兢兢業(yè)業(yè)的工作和對青年老師的幫助。忘不了夜晚在辦公室燈下，微機前埋頭苦干的青年老師，忘不了他們桌子上的教育雜志、厚厚的教案、描寫教學(xué)論文的稿紙。更忘不了語文教師“實、活”的教學(xué)特色；數(shù)學(xué)教師“自學(xué)、發(fā)現(xiàn)、精講、巧練”的教學(xué)藝術(shù)；中青年教師“因材施教、形式多樣”的電教經(jīng)驗，還有豐富多才的興趣小組，富教于了的藝術(shù)教育。我們的學(xué)校是所優(yōu)秀的學(xué)校，所以取得這樣的成績，正是依賴于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師的崇高的事業(yè)心、神圣的責(zé)任感、無私的奉獻精神。而今，新的世紀(jì)在呼喚，黨和人民在呼喚，肩負(fù)著歷史重任的教師一定會用自己的實際行動，立足本職，迎接果實壓滿枝頭的秋天。
