演講稿應(yīng)用文寫作之——技法指導(dǎo)

演講稿是人們?cè)诠ぷ骱蜕鐣?huì)生活中經(jīng)常使用的一種文體，它是在較為隆重的儀式上和某些公眾場(chǎng)所發(fā)表的講話文稿。寫好演講稿，應(yīng)注意以下三點(diǎn)：格式內(nèi)容語(yǔ)言技法指導(dǎo)1．格式演講稿一般由三部分組成，即：稱呼語(yǔ)(Greetings)、正文(Body)和結(jié)束語(yǔ)(Closing)。常見的稱呼語(yǔ)有Ladiesandgentlemen,Friends,Boysandgirls等，一般稱呼語(yǔ)前不使用Dear。技法指導(dǎo)2．內(nèi)容寫演講稿時(shí)，要注意三點(diǎn)：1.觀點(diǎn)要鮮明；2.條理清晰；3.語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)潔明快。寫作分“三步走”：演講稿的主題→演講稿的具體內(nèi)容→提出期望和祝愿。技法指導(dǎo)3．語(yǔ)言演講稿以簡(jiǎn)單句為主要的表達(dá)形式。同時(shí)，演講稿的語(yǔ)言必須有感染力，所以演講稿可以使用祈使句、感嘆句、強(qiáng)調(diào)句等句式來(lái)達(dá)到這種目的。寫作時(shí)要注意適當(dāng)?shù)厥褂藐P(guān)聯(lián)詞承前啟后，用詞要得體，符合語(yǔ)言環(huán)境。ATTENTION

不要用太多的Ifeel，Ithink，缺乏說(shuō)服力perhaps，maybe，雖然客氣、謙虛，但是用太多會(huì)讓人覺得演講的內(nèi)容有不可靠之處

少用you，多用we。用you等于把自己與觀眾對(duì)立起來(lái)，而用we則拉近了與聽眾的距離。比如“Youshouldnotsmoke”聽上去像教訓(xùn)人，而“l(fā)et’snotsmoke”聽起來(lái)是一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的建議。常用句型開頭語(yǔ)：Goodmorning/afternoon/evening.
