WiththecontinuousdevelopmentofChina’seducationalthinganindustry,curriculumdesignproblemtoalargeextentontheimpactontheimprovementofteachingqualityinschools.Inrecentyears,governmentinvestmentineducationisalsoincreasedyearbyyear,showingtheimportanceofeducation.Inordertoensurethequalityofteaching,theschoolshoulddevelopastrictandreasonableandstandardizedcurriculum,curriculumdevelopmentprocessisverycomplexandonerous.

隨著我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,課程編排問(wèn)題在很大的程度上影響著學(xué)校教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高。近些年來(lái),政府對(duì)教育事業(yè)的投入也是逐年加大,可見(jiàn)對(duì)教育事業(yè)的重視。為了保證教學(xué)的質(zhì)量,學(xué)校應(yīng)該制定出嚴(yán)密合理和規(guī)范的課程安排,課程的編制過(guò)程是十分復(fù)雜和繁重的。

在高校中,教學(xué)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的主要途徑。不管是小初高還是大學(xué),靠老師教課來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)還是占主要的部分,這是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的主要途徑。在學(xué)期開(kāi)始的時(shí)候,學(xué)校都會(huì)給每人發(fā)一張課程表,學(xué)生還有老師都是按照課程表來(lái)進(jìn)行計(jì)劃。一張課程表打印出來(lái)十分簡(jiǎn)單,但是想把課程安排的緊湊合格,管理人員是需要下很大苦工的。新學(xué)期開(kāi)始前學(xué)校的管理人員都要整理教學(xué)計(jì)劃,根據(jù)教學(xué)計(jì)劃下教學(xué)任務(wù)書(shū),然后結(jié)合教學(xué)計(jì)劃和任務(wù)開(kāi)始編排課程。這個(gè)編排過(guò)程是繁重而關(guān)鍵的,因?yàn)樵谶@些教學(xué)調(diào)度過(guò)程中,不僅有大量繁瑣的數(shù)據(jù)整理工作,還有嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)思維的腦力勞動(dòng),需要填寫(xiě)并打印大量的表格。排課的實(shí)質(zhì)是為老師、學(xué)生的教學(xué)活動(dòng)合理安排時(shí)間上和空間上的教學(xué)資源,以保證教學(xué)活動(dòng)有計(jì)劃有秩序地進(jìn)行。因此在一系列的管理工作中,課表的編排是最基礎(chǔ)、最復(fù)雜同時(shí)也是最核心的工作。其主要任務(wù)是給課程安排時(shí)間、分配教室,同時(shí)要保證沒(méi)有沖突發(fā)生(所謂沖突就是同一個(gè)班或同一老師在同一時(shí)間內(nèi)被安排了兩個(gè)或多門(mén)課程,或?yàn)橥唤淌以谕粫r(shí)間內(nèi)安排了多門(mén)課程等情況)。在保證教學(xué)資源時(shí)間空間的合理分配以及教學(xué)秩序有條不紊的前提下,課表的安排也要保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量,例如數(shù)學(xué)、英語(yǔ)等必修課程盡量安排在上午,盡量不要安排在周末的下午;同一課程的兩次講課的間隔盡量在一天以上,以保證學(xué)生有充足的作業(yè)、消化時(shí)間。除此以外還有許多細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題,例如同一個(gè)班的課程盡量安排在同一個(gè)教室或相距不遠(yuǎn)的教室里,避免課間休息時(shí)間
