1.EngagementandScopeofWork:

2.Term:

6.IntellectualProperty:

7.Termination:

EitherpartymayterminatethisContractbyprovidingwrittennoticetotheotherpartyatleast[Number]dayspriortothedesiredterminationdate.Intheeventoftermination,theCompanyshallbeliableforpaymentofallservicesrendereduptothedateoftermination.

8.DisputeResolution:
