1.ProductandQuantity

2.Delivery

6.ForceMajeure

NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoanycausebeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtoactsofGod,labordisputes,ordisruptionsintransportation,providedthattheaffectedpartypromptlynotifiestheotherpartyoftheexistenceandnatureofsuchcause.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[country].AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubmittedtotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[country].
