本文件規(guī)定了酒精真火壁爐的術語和定義、要求、試驗方法、檢驗規(guī)則、標志、包裝、儲存和使用

壽命等。

本文件適用于酒精真火壁爐生產和銷售。

3術語和定義

下列術語和定義適用于本文件。

3.1

酒精真火壁爐Ethanolfireplace

酒精真火壁爐是一種通過酒精燃燒產生熱能，利用酒精壁爐內空氣流動作用擴散熱能的采暖設備。

3.2

壁爐架mantelpiece

安放電酒精壁爐的裝飾性框架。

4要求

4.1工作環(huán)境

在下列環(huán)境下酒精真火壁爐應能正常使用：

a)周圍空氣溫度在-40℃～85℃；

b)大氣壓力在70kpa～106kpa；

c)安裝空間內無易燃，易爆氣體。

4.2外觀、結構

4.2.1酒精真火壁爐外觀應整潔、無損傷，標識應清晰。

4.2.2壁爐結構應設計合理，密封性好、操作方便、安全可靠。

4.2.3電壁爐應進行表面處理，漆膜的制備應符合GB/T1727的規(guī)定。表面光潔，噴涂層均勻，無流痕、

氣泡和剝落。

4.2.5酒精壁爐應設置儲存量適宜的儲存腔體。

4.2.6酒精壁爐酒精燃料儲存腔體應設有防回火裝置。

4.2.7酒精壁爐應設置點火裝置，點火裝置在正常運行條件下應能點火，點火程序完成后自動停止對點

火器供電。

4.2.8酒精壁爐應設置火力觀察口。

4.2.9酒精壁爐應有控制系統(tǒng)精確控制酒精的燃燒供應量，燃燒過程中應能達到對不斷爐體以及周圍環(huán)

境數據的監(jiān)控，如有異常數據，可馬上報警并且自動切斷酒精供應，停止燃燒。

4.2.10酒精壁爐的酒精儲存腔體與燃燒腔體應達到完全隔離，儲存腔體溫度不應超過30度。

4.2.11酒精壁爐面板與燃燒腔體應隔離，使面板溫度不超過30℃。

4.3性能要求

4.3.1額定輸入功率

額定輸入功率允許的誤差為±10%。

4.3.2溫度精度

電壁爐應具備室內溫度控制功能，自動控制器應符合GB14536.1的規(guī)定，當環(huán)境溫度達到設定溫

度時，控溫器應動作控制，控制精度應為±3℃。

4.3.4其他性能

酒精真火壁爐的其他性能應符合QB/T4096.1《家用和類似用途室內加熱器的性能第1部分：通

用要求》的有關規(guī)定。

4.4電器安全要求

酒精真火壁爐的安全應符合GB4706《家用和類似用途電器的安全第1部分：通用要求》及GB

4706.23《家用和類似用途電器的安全第2部分：室內加熱器的特殊要求》的有關規(guī)定。

4.5阻燃

電加熱器的非金屬件燃燒性能應符合水平燃燒HB級、垂直燃燒V0級，移去引燃源后，材料沒有可見

的有焰燃燒級別的要求。

4.6有害物質限值

產品的有害物質限值應符合表1的要求。

b多溴二苯醚包括一溴二苯醚、二溴二苯醚、三溴二苯醚、四溴二苯醚、五溴二苯醚、六溴二苯醚、七溴二苯醚、八

溴二苯醚、九溴二苯醚、十溴二苯醚。

4.7一氧化碳排放指標

一氧化碳排放應小于0.2%。

4.8酒精質量要求

酒精度應不小于95%，質量應符合GB31640。

4.9耐火要求

耐火試驗后，應無脫離、變形等現(xiàn)象。

5試驗方法

5.1試驗條件

a）環(huán)境溫度：20℃±2℃；

b）氣壓:70kPa～106kPa；

5.2外觀、結構

外觀應采用目測，溫度測試采用溫度計。

5.3額定輸入功率、溫度精度

額定輸入功率采用功率儀測定，溫度測試采用溫度計測定。

5.4其他性能

酒精真火壁爐的其他性能應符合QB/T4096.1《家用和類似用途室內加熱器的性能第1部分：通

用要求》的有關規(guī)定。

5.5電器安全

按照GB4706《家用和類似用途電器的安全第1部分：通用要求》及GB4706.23《家用和類似用

途電器的安全第2部分：室內加熱器的特殊要求》中的試驗方法。

5.6阻燃

酒精真火壁爐的非金屬件燃燒性按GB/T2408規(guī)定進行。

5.7產品有害物質限值

有害物質試驗按GB/T36560的規(guī)定進行。

5.8一氧化碳排放指標

一氧化碳排測定應按照HJ/T44。

5.9酒精質量

按GB/T3768規(guī)定的方法檢測。

5.10耐火要求

耐火試驗：酒精真火壁爐進行連續(xù)燃燒24小時，爐體和各部件無明顯性變形。長、寬和高尺寸偏

差應不大于初始尺寸的1%

6檢驗規(guī)則

6.1出廠檢驗

酒精真火壁爐應經過檢驗部門檢驗合格，并出具產品合格證后方可出廠。出廠檢驗項目應包括外觀、

結構，額定輸入功率。

6.2型式檢驗

酒精真火壁爐出現(xiàn)下列情況之一時，應進行該項目型式檢驗：

——試制的新產品；

——改變產品設計、工藝或所用材料明顯影響其性能時；

——連續(xù)生產的產品，每年不少于一次；

——間隔半年以上再生產時；

——國家監(jiān)管部門提出檢驗要求時。

6.3抽樣規(guī)則

型式檢驗應在出廠檢驗合格的產品中隨機抽取，抽取數量不少于2臺。

6.4型式檢驗內容

型式試驗內容應包括技術要求的全部內容。

6.5判定規(guī)則

出廠檢驗的項目有一項個合格時，則判定不合格。型式檢驗的項目有一項不合格時，可抽雙倍數量

樣品進行復檢，如仍有不合格項時，則判定該批不合格。

7標志、包裝、儲存和使用壽命

7.1標志

7.1.1酒精壁爐應在顯著位置設置產品標志及警示標志。

7.1.2產品標志包括但不限于以下內容：

a)制造企業(yè)名稱；

b)產品名稱；

c)產品商標；

d)規(guī)格型號；

e)燃料種類；

f)額定輸入功率；

g)制造日期；

h)出廠編號；

i)執(zhí)行標準號。

7.2包裝

7.2.1產品包裝在裝卸和運輸中應保持良好狀況。

7.2.2隨同包裝應提供下列文件：

a）產品合格證；

b）產品使用說明書；

c）出廠清單；

d）產品保修單。

7.3儲存和使用壽命

儲存場所應防水防潮，在存放過程中應保持爐體直立；

3Termsanddefinitions

Thefollowingtermsanddefinitionsapplytothisdocument.

3.1Ethanolfireplace

EthanolfireplaceisakindofheatingequipmentthroughthecombustionofEthanoltoproduceheat,the

useofEthanolfireplaceairflowinsidetheroleofdiffusionofheat.

3.2Mantelpiece

DecorativeframetohouseanelectricEthanolfireplace.

4Requirements

4.1Workingenvironment

Ethanolfireplacesshallfunctionproperlyinthefollowingenvironments:

a)Ambientairtemperaturebetween-40℃and85℃.；

b)Atmosphericpressure70kpato106kpa

c)Noflammableorexplosivegasesintheinstallationspace.

4.2Appearance,structure

4.2.1Ethanolfireplacesshouldbeneatandundamagedinappearanceandclearlylabeled.

4.2.2Thefireplacestructureshouldbereasonablydesigned,wellsealed,easytooperate,safeandreliable.

4.2.3Electricfireplaceshouldbesurfacetreatment,thepreparationofpaintfilmshouldbeinaccordancewith

theprovisionsofGB/T1727.Thesurfaceissmoothandclean,thesprayinglayeriseven,withoutflowmarks,

bubblesandflaking.

4.2.5Ethanolfireplacesshallbeprovidedwithstoragecavitiesofappropriatestoragecapacity.

4.2.6EthanolfireplaceEthanolfuelstoragecavitiesshallbeprovidedwithananti-temperingdevice.

4.2.7Ethanolfireplacesshallbeprovidedwithanignitiondevicethatshallbecapableofignitingundernormal

operatingconditionsandautomaticallystoppingpowertotheigniteruponcompletionoftheignitionprogram.

4.2.8Ethanolfireplacesshallbeprovidedwithafireviewingport.

4.2.9EthanolfireplaceshouldhaveacontrolsystemtoaccuratelycontrolthesupplyofEthanolcombustion,

combustionprocessshouldbeabletoachievecontinuousmonitoringofthefurnacebodyandthesurrounding

environmentaldata,suchasabnormaldata,youcanimmediatelyalarmandautomaticallycutoffthesupplyof

Ethanoltostopburning.

4.2.10EthanolfireplaceEthanolstoragechamberandcombustionchambershouldbecompletelyisolated,the

storagechambertemperatureshouldnotexceed30degrees.

4.2.11Ethanolfireplacepanelsshouldbeisolatedfromthecombustionchambersothatpaneltemperaturesdo

notexceed30°C.

4.3PerformanceRequirements

4.3.1NominalInputPower

TheallowableerrorintestingthepoweroftheEthanolrealfireplacewhenitisinsteadystateoperation

shallnotbegreaterthan±10%.

4.3.2Thermalefficiency

ThethermalefficiencyofanEthanolrealfireplaceshouldnotbelessthan80%atratedoperating

conditions.

4.3.3TemperatureAccuracy

Electricfireplaceshouldhaveindoortemperaturecontrolfunction,automaticcontrollershouldbe

consistentwiththeprovisionsofGB14536.1,whentheambienttemperaturereachesthesettemperature,the

thermostatshouldbeactioncontrol,controlaccuracyshouldbe±3℃.

4.3.4OtherPerformance

OtherpropertiesoftheEthanolrealfireplaceshouldbeinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsof

QB/T4096.1"PerformanceofroomheatersforhouseholdandsimilarpurposesPart1:Generalrequirements

4.4Electricalsafetyrequirements

4.1ThesafetyofEthanolfireplaceshouldbeinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsofGB4706"

SafetyofhouseholdandsimilarelectricalappliancesPart1:GeneralRequirements"andGB4706.23Safety

ofhouseholdandsimilarelectricalappliancesParts2：Particularrequirementsforthermal-storageroom

4.5ElectromagneticDisturbance

ElectromagneticDisturbanceofelectricheatersshouldcomplywiththerelevantrequirementsof

GB18655.

4.6Flameretardant

Thecombustionperformanceofthenon-metallicpartsoftheelectricheatershouldmeettherequirements

ofhorizontalcombustionclassHB,verticalcombustionclassV0,andnovisibleflamingcombustionlevelof

thematerialafterremovingtheignitionsource.

4.7Hazardoussubstancelimits

Thelimitvaluesofhazardoussubstancesoftheproductsshallcomplywiththefollowingrequirements.

5.6ElectromagneticDisturbance

Thecombustibilityofnon-metallicpartsofEthanolfireplaceiscarriedoutaccordingtoGB/T2408.

5.8ProductHazardousSubstanceLimits

TestedaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinGB/T3768.

6Inspectionrules

6.1Factoryinspection

TheEthanolfireplaceshouldbeinspectedandqualifiedbythequalityinspectiondepartmentofthe

manufacturingunit,andaproductcertificateshouldbeissuedbeforeleavingthefactory.Thefactory

inspectionitemsshouldincludeappearance,structure,ratedinputpower.

6.2Typeinspection

Ethanolfireplacewhenoneofthefollowingconditionsoccurs,theitemshouldbecarriedouttype

inspection:

--Trialproductionofnewproducts;

--Changingtheproductdesign,processormaterialsusedobviouslyaffectitsperformance;

--Continuousproductionofproducts,notlessthanonceayear;

--Intervalofmorethanhalfayearwhenthere-production;

--Whenthenationalregulatoryauthoritiesputforwardinspectionrequirements.

6.3SamplingRules

Typeinspectionshallberandomlyselectedinthefactoryinspectionofqualifiedproducts,thenumberof

extractednotlessthan2units.

6.4Contentsoftypeinspection

Thetypeinspectionshallincludeallelementsofthetechnicalrequirements.

6.5Decisionrules

Factoryinspectionoftheprojecthasaqualified,itisjudgedunqualified.Typeinspectionoftheproject

hasafailed,doublethenumberofsamplescanbedrawnforre-inspection,suchastherearestillunqualified

items,itwillbejudgedthatthebatchisunqualified.

7Marking,packaging,storageandservicelife

7.1Marking

7.1.1Ethanolfireplacesshouldhaveproductandwarningsignsprominentlydisplayed.

7.1.2Productmarkingsincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing:

a)Nameofthemanufacturingcompany;

b)Productname;

c)Producttrademark;

d)Specificationmodel;

e)Typeoffuel;

f)Dateofmanufacture;

g)Factorynumber;

h)Executivestandardnumber.

7.2Packaging

7.2.1Productpackagingshallbemaintainedingoodconditionduringhandlingand

transportation.

7.2.2Thefollowingdocumentsshallbeprovidedwiththepackaging:

a）CertificateofConformityoftheproduct;

b)Productinstructionmanual;

c)Factorylist;

d)Productwarranty.

7.3Storageandservicelife

Thestorageplaceshouldbewaterproofandmoisture-proof,andthefurnaceshouldbekept

uprightduringstorage;
