2、f the important words and expressions for business writing To do exercises and practice,Objectives:,第八章 建立和修改信用證,Introduction 按時(shí)開立信用證是買方的一項(xiàng)義務(wù)。但在實(shí)務(wù)中，買方由于資金等種種原因，延誤開證時(shí)間的事時(shí)有發(fā)生，在下列情況下，賣方應(yīng)注意向買方發(fā)出函電提醒或催促對方開立信用證。 1. 在合同規(guī)定的期限內(nèi)，買方未及時(shí)開證這一事實(shí)已構(gòu)成違約。如賣方不希望中斷交易，可在保留索陪權(quán)的前提下，催促對方開證。 2. 簽約日期和履約日期相隔較遠(yuǎn)應(yīng)在合同規(guī)定開證日之前，去信表示對
