2、uangdongfklawfirm ，guangdong(licenseno.xx)，tobemyagentaditem.corporationfurtherappointandempowertheabove-mentionedattorneyto:1.根據(jù)案件具體情況，向中國有管轄權的法院提起民事訴訟。1.pursuanttotheactualsituationandbringcivillitigationstothepeoplehathavejurisdictionoverthelawsuits.2.在根據(jù)本授權書1 授權所提起的訴訟中代表我行使訴訟程序中的全部權利和義務。特別授權：在一審
