27、y damages or losses as a result thereof.5. 未經(jīng)甲方事先書面同意，乙方不得將承租的房屋轉租或分租給其他的第三方. without party as prior written consent, party b may not assign the tenancy or sublet the leased property to a third party.七、違約處理breach of agreement:1. 甲、乙任何一方在未征得對方諒解的情況下，不履行本合同規(guī)定條款，導致本合同中途中止，則視為該方違約，雙方同意違約金為人民幣 元整（￥ ），若違約

31、 more than 15 days after the due date 八、不可抗力 force majeure:若由于不可抗拒的自然災害（包括但不限于火災、洪水、地震、施工、戰(zhàn)爭暴動、敵對、瘟疫等行為等）獲其他非乙方過錯所造成的對本物業(yè)的損毀致其無法居住或使用本物業(yè)，乙方有權終止本組契約，甲方必須全數(shù)退還乙方所有保證金和當月所余租期之相應租金。 if the leased property is destroyed, damaged and rendered uninhabitable of unusable due to force major (include, but not li
