36、劉.Others1.本合同的附件 1至附件 5是本合同的有效組成部分，具有同等法律效力。附件3、附件4 和附件 5為本合同必備部分，否則本合同不生效。The appendix is an effective component of this contract, which shall have the sane force of law.
