1、模組化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)之裝配性評(píng)價(jià)法研究張 晟中文摘要在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中,設(shè)計(jì)階段佔(zhàn)整個(gè)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)時(shí)間最久也影響後續(xù)製程最大,本研究中運(yùn)用同步工程的方式,讓產(chǎn)品在設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí)就能評(píng)估後續(xù)的產(chǎn)品製造及產(chǎn)品裝配,以減少後續(xù)產(chǎn)品必須進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)變更之次數(shù)及降低設(shè)計(jì)修改幅度。研究中以IDEF(Integrated Computer-Aided Manufacturing DEFinition)規(guī)劃同步產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程,在初期設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)運(yùn)用CAD軟體Solid Works API(Application Programmed Interface)進(jìn)行快速建模,並於產(chǎn)品評(píng)估階段導(dǎo)入裝配性評(píng)價(jià)法(Assemblability Eva
2、luation Method, AEM),運(yùn)用此方法於設(shè)計(jì)初期時(shí)評(píng)估產(chǎn)品之易裝配性,再藉由資深工程師根據(jù)其製造限制及製造程序經(jīng)驗(yàn),建立MDFM評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn),並以程式語言撰寫MDFA/M(Modular Design for Assembly and Manufacturing)輔助評(píng)估程式。產(chǎn)品通過MDFA/M評(píng)估後,運(yùn)用模組化設(shè)計(jì)共同零組件,建構(gòu)產(chǎn)品模組化多樣性,即可節(jié)省Redesign的時(shí)間,縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)時(shí)程,使企業(yè)達(dá)到產(chǎn)品開發(fā)時(shí)間縮短之目的,研究中以評(píng)估自行車花轂及車架作為研究案例說明。本研究中所完成的具體成果如下:1. 使用IDEF規(guī)劃出視覺化同步產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程,其可清楚呈現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及評(píng)估流
3、程。2. 利用程式語言結(jié)合SolidWorks API發(fā)展輔助系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行快速建模,減少重覆繪製的動(dòng)作進(jìn)而縮短產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間。3. 應(yīng)用裝配性評(píng)價(jià)法(AEM)評(píng)估產(chǎn)品之易裝配性,並撰寫MDFA/M評(píng)估程式,以增加設(shè)計(jì)端及製造端之間的互動(dòng)及溝通,減少後續(xù)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)變更次數(shù)及修改幅度。4. 運(yùn)用模組化設(shè)計(jì)之共用零組件特性,以自行車花轂及車架產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)為研究案例,因應(yīng)客戶之不同需求達(dá)到產(chǎn)品模組化多樣性,並有效縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)時(shí)程。關(guān)鍵詞:同步工程、IDEF、API、MDFA/M、AEM、模組化產(chǎn)品多樣性Studies on Modularity for Product Design by Assembly Ev

This study applies the method of Concurrent Engineering to evaluate product manufacturing and ass

It can help to decrease the number of design alteration and the range of design adjustment in follow-up product development phases.In this study, it uses IDEF (Integrated Computer-Aided Manufacturing DEFinition) to plan a concurrent product development process
6、. In the preliminary design phase, this study applies the CAD software SolidWorks API (Application Programming Interface) to construct the rapid model builds up. This study applies Assemblability Evaluation Method (AEM) in the product evaluation phase. This method is used for evaluating the state of
7、 DFA (Design for Assembly) of the product in the early design phase. Furthermore, the manufacturing restriction and manufacturing process are based on the commands from the project senior engineer to construct a MDFM evaluation standard. In the study, it uses Visual Basic to write a MDFA/M (Modular
8、Design for Assembly and Manufacturing) assistive evaluating program. It is used for constructing the variety of product modules. It can help to decrease the time spending for redesign and shorten the product development process. Therefore, an enterprise can accomplish the goal of cutting down the pr
9、oduct development time spending through this program. This study evaluates the bicycle hub as case study verification. Because of modular design has the advantage of creating product varieties, this study applies modular design to design equivalent components of a product. It not only can construct
10、product variety, but also can eliminate the time for redesign and decrease the whole product development time spending. In addition, it can help to fit the need of decreasing product development time of a corporation.This research completes the following works:1. Applying IDEF to plan a visualized c
11、oncurrent product development process to show a clear presentation of product design process and evaluation process.2. Integrating Visual Basic and SolidWorks API to develop an assistive system for processing the rapid model build up. It can help to decrease the repeated drawing action and shorten t
12、he time for product design.3. Applying AEM to evaluate the assemble ability of product and write MDFA/M evaluating program. This method can increase the interaction and communication chances between design end and manufacturing end to decrease the number of product design alteration and the range of design adjustment.4. Utilizing the feature of modular design- sharing components in this study and applying bicycle hub and bicycle frame as a research case study of product design.
