1、篇一:2014年租房合同中英文版中文版房屋租賃合同出租方(以下簡稱甲方):_承租方(以下簡稱乙方):_甲、乙雙方就下列房屋的租賃達成如下協(xié)議:第一條 房屋基本情況。甲方房屋(以下簡稱該房屋)坐落于 第層。第二條 房屋用途。 該房屋用途為租賃住房。 除雙方另有約定外,乙方不得任意改變房屋用途。第三條 租賃期限。租賃期限自_ 年_月_ 日至_ 年_ 月_ 日止。第四條 租金。 該房屋月租金為(人民幣大寫)千 百拾元整。 租賃期間,如遇到國家有關(guān)政策調(diào)整,則按新政策規(guī)定調(diào)整租金標準;除此之外,出租方不得 以任何理由任意調(diào)整租金。第五條 付款方式。乙方按支付租金給甲方。第六條 交付房屋期限。甲方應(yīng)于本

2、合同生效之日起 日內(nèi),將該房屋交付給乙方。第七條 甲方對房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)的承諾。甲方保證擁有房屋產(chǎn)權(quán),提供相應(yīng)證明。在交易時該房屋沒有產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛;除補充協(xié)議另有約定 外,有關(guān)按揭、抵押債務(wù)、稅項及租金等,甲方均在交付房屋前辦妥。交易后如有上述未清事 項,由甲方承擔全部責任,由此給乙方造成經(jīng)濟損失的,由甲方負責賠償。第八條 維修養(yǎng)護責任。 正常的房屋大修理費用由甲方承擔;日常的房屋維修費用由乙承擔。 因乙方管理使用不善造成房屋及其相連設(shè)備的損失和維修費用,由乙方承擔并責任賠償損失。 租賃期間,防火安全,門前三包,綜合治理及安全、保衛(wèi)等工作,乙方應(yīng)執(zhí)行當?shù)赜嘘P(guān)部門規(guī) 定并承擔全部責任和服從甲方監(jiān)督檢查。第九

3、條 關(guān)于房屋租賃期間的有關(guān)費用。在房屋租賃期間,以下費用由乙方支付:水、電費; 第十條 租賃期滿。1、租賃期滿后,如乙方要求繼續(xù)租賃,甲方則優(yōu)先同意繼續(xù)租賃;2、租賃期滿后,如甲方未明確表示不續(xù)租的,則視為同意乙方繼續(xù)承租;第十一條 因不可抗力原因?qū)е略摲课輾p和造成損失的,雙方互不承擔責任。第十二條 同未盡事項,由甲、乙雙方另行議定,并簽訂補充協(xié)議。補充協(xié)議與本合同不一致的,以補充 協(xié)議為準。第十三條 本合同之附件均為本合同不可分割之一部分。本合同及其附件內(nèi),空格部分填寫的 文字與印刷文字具有同等效力。本合同及其附件和補充協(xié)議中未規(guī)定的事項,均遵照中華人民共和國有關(guān)法律、法規(guī)和政策執(zhí) 行。第

8、sed premises for a period of 12 months3.the rent of the demised premises shall be usd3,300/-(us dollars three thousand and three hundred only)per month4.the lessor hereby acknowledges receipt of the sum of usd.19,800/-(us dollars nineteen thousand andeight hundred only) per month.the lessee herby co

9、nvenants with lessor as following:1. to pay to the lessor the rent hereby reserved in the manner before mentioned.2. that the lessee shall not at any time during the terms, without the consent in writing of the lessor, pull down,damages or make any structure alterations to the demised premeses provi

10、ded always, the lessee shallhave go write install any fixtures and fittings excluding air-conditioners in the demised premeses, todetach and repossess the same subject to the restoration of the demised premeses to their originalstate at his cost (reasonable wear and tear excepted) on the expiry of t

11、his lease or any renewal hereof.4. not to sublet the whole or any part of the premises.5. to pay regularly the bills for electricity, gas, water and telephone charges in respect of the demisedpremises. a copy of all the paid utility bill be forwarded to the lessor every three month regularly. in cas

12、e ofdisconnection of any facility due to non-payment, lessee will be responsible to get them restored and pay thesame. all dues must be cleared before the expiry of the lease.6. the lessee shall keep and maintain the said premises in good and tenantable conditions during the tenureof the lease.the l

13、essor hereby convenants with the lessee as following:-1. to pay all existing and future rate, taxes assessments and other charges of a public nature whether imposeby the municipality, government or any other authority in respect of demised premises.2. not to erect or set up a building or structure o
