2、y topic today is taken from Section A of Unit 1 Students Book 5 Go for it!. The main content of this unit is “how can we become good learners?, and the topic of this lesson is “how to get the key words while English reading. I have decided to say the lesson from following parts:Part OneAnalysis of t

3、he Teaching MaterialOne: Status and Function1.This unit tells us how we can become good learners . Besides learning this, students will also learn some words, phrases and expressions . In this lesson, we will learn how to learn English well, it is worth waiting for.2. To improve reading ability, I w

4、ill have the students do some reading and learn the cool reading skill to get the key words while we read the passage together.3. Such a topic is very important in this unit. I will lead the students to learn the reading skill . Such as how to get the key words in choice and in filling, how to get t

5、he right key words and how to use them wisely and so on. I think if students can learn this lesson well, it will be helpful to make them learn English better.4. While teaching them, I will also encourage them to say the ideas about their own ways to get the key words. In this way, students can share

6、 success with others , and more students will grasp this skill of reading, so it can be a good way to make more students love English better.Two: Teaching Aims 1. Play a short movie, and show a picture to show that many people are reading to learn more, then lead into the new knowledge. Purpose of my design:To show that reading is a good way to learn.Step 3 Reading1Ask students to open

12、their books and read the passage, finish the tasks in 3a and 3b. Before reading, teach students the steps of reading. Check the answers together. Remind students of the key words. Purpose of my design:give an example about the key words getting. Ask students : Do you want to know how to get the key

13、words and use them wisely?2Show my micro-class To get the key words A cool reading skill to students . Pause the play during the reading. Students read the passage and choose the best answer to the question , then listen to the explanation for the choice. Purpose of my design: to show the theory of

14、the key words.3A reading practice. Remind students to pay attention to the key words while reading , after checking the answers , ask them to share the key words with each other . Report in class and share the opinions of theirs.4Another reading practice. Read the passage, fill in the blanks accordi

15、ng to the main idea of the passage and the information given. Ask two students to write their own answers on the board, after checking the answers , ask them to share the key words . Report in class and share the opinions of theirs. Purpose of these activities: to practice the reading skill that we
