14、yConvictionCourageIntegrity 正直、誠信Conviction 信念Courage 勇氣Heart of Leadership領(lǐng)導力核心18正直誠信是你的價值觀與行動的一致表現(xiàn)。它展現(xiàn)如下: -忠于你的信念,有與Cargill指導原則相一致的強烈的道德準則 -對人誠實與真摯 -言出必行 -值得信賴正直誠信建立在你所持有的個人價值觀與信念的基礎(chǔ)之上。它支持Cargill所定義的價值觀,對高效領(lǐng)導力的發(fā)揮至關(guān)重要。正直誠信造就信任。信任是成功領(lǐng)導人的重要特質(zhì),它包含真摯、能力與可信賴度。正直、誠信Integrity19信念是引發(fā)行動的堅定信仰或念頭。它展現(xiàn)如下: 將信念轉(zhuǎn)化
15、成行動 用信念激發(fā)他人的行動領(lǐng)導力由信念所激發(fā)。如果領(lǐng)導者有著對更好未來的憧憬,他們就會有實現(xiàn)它的強烈欲望。如果只有信念,而沒有引發(fā)承諾和行動,那么信念將失去其意義。只有堅定的信念,并而伴以承諾和行動,才能感染他人。信念Conviction20勇氣是指主動面對并戰(zhàn)勝恐懼的意愿,依據(jù)個人的價值觀、信仰及為實現(xiàn)承諾(commitment)而不懼風險并采取行動。它展現(xiàn)如下: 體現(xiàn)勇敢、戰(zhàn)勝恐懼、不屈不撓、具有堅強意志。 不懼困難、風險、阻逆與不確定性,努力達成目標。勇氣是促使你以決心面對危險與困難的心態(tài)。勇氣并不只是不害怕,而是面對恐懼依然采取行動。真正的領(lǐng)導者有信心和勇氣獨立做出艱難的決擇。勇氣C
